The mosquitoes are so bad, that I still am not able to enjoy my backyard, I do not go outside because the mosquitoes and chiggers are so bad that I am miserable. My husband removes his clothes in the garage before he enters the house.. I thought that the past control would remove these problems. I was not able to watch him the whole time and I can't tell if he did anything or not. No spray or any evidence of what he treated. Mian provided great service. I will request him as our treating technician in the future. I was frustrated with customer service/scheduling this time around. They sent me a text saying they would schedule my service, they did not. When I called in they said it would take 5+ weeks to get to us. They schedules for July 3rd, first available so they said. On July 3rd no one showed, & I got a text at 5:07pm saying the technician couldn't make it today and they would reschedule. Poor service for the day before a holiday and after the phones turned off. Not to mention this was 5+ weeks after my initial service was due. The following Monday when I called no apology just that they couldn't see me until July 14th! If I have problems next time I will be switching to another pest control provider. Not the way a "valued" customer should be treated! read more

Normally, my service is scheduled on a day when it rains. Hawx tells me there's no impact to the treatment. However, the ants and wasp come back quickly (the nest are still visible). Today, tech shows wanted to do inside first I asked him to service outside and then come inside. I checked on him to remind him about the wasp, etc. I waited for him to ring the doorbell again...looked out he was GONE!...Never reviewed the visit with me or came inside. I've paid for this service for several years. I think they've been inside maybe once or twice...(*they inspect...only treat areas visible for an issue-per CS). I Do NOT receive the service that I pay $40/mo ($480/yr) to receive quarterly treatments. Maybe it's time to rethink where and how I spend my money $$$!...The reservice is scheduled for 12/8/25...CUSTOMER EXPECTING WHAT I'M PAYING FOR! read more

Service was good but was not happy with getting an unexpected charge for a service i thought I paid for already‍. This was supposed to be a follow up appointment and also slaying the inside which didn't happen in the initial service. They didn't make me aware of there being an additional price nor did they have me sign...they just left and put n/a on the receipt even though I was home. Im not ok with that.....I will not be renewing services with them especially finding out they dont get rid of my biggest pests....FIRE ANTS! That id apparently a whole other price especially when that was my biggest issue when I signed up. Overall very dissatisfied with the lack of communication. They'll tie you up in a contract with huge exit fees and split the services so that they can double-bill you and hit you with two exit fees instead of one. The service provided was fine. But, their communication is awful. They were never consistent when it came to letting me know they were on their way. Right now, I'm attempting to cancel my membership and they're trying to charge me almost $400 in fees to do that. $199 for the 'general service' and another $199 for 'mosquito service.' I will never recommend them to anyone and I will actively seek to direct anyone I know away from ever using them. I'll probably wind up taking them to small claims court just on pure principle. I'll report them to the local BBB as well. read more

can't reach them after service,they promised to come back if customer is not satisfied- but no one answer to calls. non available to reach them . and I am not sure about their exterior spray. because I could find ants mounts after their service and had to take it down by my self. inside my house the same - could find lots of ants - and couldn't reach Haux Pest Control by phone or text . and had to buy more stuff to take care of it. read more

Alert.....Do not do business with Hawx Pest Control.You are not buying a service, you are buying a subscription that you can't get out of. I called them to cancel my mosquito service. They told me a can't cancel it because I have a subscription. I ordered a service, there was no mention of a subscription. They refused to allow me to cancel that service. After arguing with customer service for 30 minutes they came back to the phone and said we cancelled both subscriptions. I said you must mean service. Later that day I noticed they charged me $199 for mosquito cancellation and $199 for spraying the inside of the house and around the house. They charged $400 to get out of this fake subscription. Hawx Pest Control is a very dishonest company! We were approached by a salesman and we told him we would discuss the service and let him know our decision. We called him 30 minutes later to let him know we were not interested and he told us our credit card had already been charged 387.00 when no service had even been given! We have made 3 phone calls to try to receive a refund and each time the gentlemen act stupid and take forever to try to find our information. They lie about giving us a refund and keep us on the phone for over 30 minutes. The last gentlemen assured me of the full refund and I called him a liar and hung up. I have had to dispute the charge through my credit card to get my refund! Beware of Hawx dishonest business ways. read more

Can I give zero stars? Worst most dishonest company I have EVER had to deal with. I used their services for several years. In January I logged into the customer portal to update my credit card information and realized that no one had been to service my address in over SIX months. I called and was given a litany of reasons why no one came (traffic, equipment malfunction). I decided to cancel the service immediately. I was denied a refund from Hawx. I immediately submitted a dispute with my credit card company because I've paid almost $350 for six months and no one has so much as called or emailed me about my service or lack thereof. I've been awarded back almost all the money paid to Hawx except now they are calling and threatening me with collections for the monies my credit card company has awarded back to me. Yet no one can answer the basic question for me: What service did I get for the $60/mo I paid you for six months? read more

I used Hawx Pest Control for nearly 2 years. They were fine until you have to deal with customer service or lack thereof. Earlier this year in May I realized I was due for a quarterly service in April, but no one had come. I had a service on 1/6/2023 and the next one wasn't until 6/9/2023 only because I called myself to see what was going on and was told they were behind schedule. So, they were still billing me but no one ever called to let me know they were apparently months behind schedule. In July I called in to cancel because it was too expensive, and the rep convinced me to place my account on hold. I knew I should've said no but I specifically asked him "It won't automatically turn back on, right?" and he confirmed someone would call me back to confirm if I wanted to start my service again. Fast forward to October and my monthly installments were taken out totaling $93.52. I called in and was told I would not be refunded because the rep did not leave any notes and that it always turns back on automatically. I requested a call back from a manager on 11/7 and was told it could take 24-48 hours for a call back. Today is 11/17 and I still had not heard back, so I called again and was once again told I could not get a refund. I asked why I can't speak to a manager, and they said they call people back in the order on their list and I asked well was I put on that list on 11/7? She could not confirm. Speaking to a manager is apparently impossible. For such a huge company you would think they could just refund my payment to a good customer for 2 years when I haven't even received any services since July. They took almost $100 from us for no reason and can't have the decency to return it because there's no notes in the system. Absolutely crazy to me and I would recommend staying far away from this company! read more

Signed contract with them June 2023, they serviced that day and never returned. They did bill me every month though. They're very good at billing. When I asked for a refund, they initially said they would issue the full refund but only three months worth came through. After contacting them again I was told that their "policy" only allows three months refund. Zero integrity with Hawx management. read more

Buyer beware, They will show up unannounced without notification or reminder, will only spray what they have access to and leave. Because we were unaware of their visit multiple times they only sprayed front yard and left within five mins ( have ring cam of it) while charging full service price. Want to get a hold of them to get a revisit? We waited on Phone for 30+ mins to get a person and never reached anyone and were offered a call back.. unbeknownst to us call back wait is 72 hours and they cannot cancel via chat to get us out of this mess.
