Service tech Kenny has been to my home 3 different times and while I had minor issues with understanding the billing process, he was able to rectify the issue immediately and took care of what I needed. Thanks Kenny! I like the online option to view my account and schedule appointments. Best thing about hawx is if the service is completed and you're still having pest issues they will come back out to redo service. It's easy to get someone on the phone as well. The first time they serviced my house the technician was so high that he serviced the wrong house and was driving away when I flagged him down. He did a poor job, but they sent a different technician a few days later. After that I could not get service again. The AI phone system will never confirm an appointment and hangs up on me if I ask to speak to a human. I would not recommend this company/service to anyone. read more

Terrible service. I paid in full for a year. They came to my house one time. I had wasp all over my front porch and asked for them to come back. Took a month to resechedule for followup. I cancelled and it cost me more than half the year fees for a one time spray. They refunded me 1/3 of what I paid in full. This company is a scam and they do not care about the customer. They do not do followups in a timely matter and still charge you monthly for their service. Do not get caught up in this scam. The Rep / Josh checked in with me. But then only stayed for less than 10 minutes. He was supposed to treat the outside. I was not able to watch him the whole time and I can't tell if he did anything or not. No spray or any evidence of what he treated. Mian provided great service. I will request him as our treating technician in the future. I was frustrated with customer service/scheduling this time around. They sent me a text saying they would schedule my service, they did not. When I called in they said it would take 5+ weeks to get to us. They schedules for July 3rd, first available so they said. On July 3rd no one showed, & I got a text at 5:07pm saying the technician couldn't make it today and they would reschedule. Poor service for the day before a holiday and after the phones turned off. Not to mention this was 5+ weeks after my initial service was due. The following Monday when I called no apology just that they couldn't see me until July 14th! If I have problems next time I will be switching to another pest control provider. Not the way a "valued" customer should be treated! read more

Normally, my service is scheduled on a day when it rains. Hawx tells me there's no impact to the treatment. However, the ants and wasp come back quickly (the nest are still visible). Today, tech shows wanted to do inside first I asked him to service outside and then come inside. I checked on him to remind him about the wasp, etc. I waited for him to ring the doorbell again...looked out he was GONE!...Never reviewed the visit with me or came inside. I've paid for this service for several years. I think they've been inside maybe once or twice...(*they inspect...only treat areas visible for an issue-per CS). I Do NOT receive the service that I pay $40/mo ($480/yr) to receive quarterly treatments. Maybe it's time to rethink where and how I spend my money $$$!...The reservice is scheduled for 12/8/25...CUSTOMER EXPECTING WHAT I'M PAYING FOR! read more

Service was good but was not happy with getting an unexpected charge for a service i thought I paid for already‍. This was supposed to be a follow up appointment and also slaying the inside which didn't happen in the initial service. They didn't make me aware of there being an additional price nor did they have me sign...they just left and put n/a on the receipt even though I was home. Im not ok with that.....I will not be renewing services with them especially finding out they dont get rid of my biggest pests....FIRE ANTS! That id apparently a whole other price especially when that was my biggest issue when I signed up. Overall very dissatisfied with the lack of communication. They'll tie you up in a contract with huge exit fees and split the services so that they can double-bill you and hit you with two exit fees instead of one. The service provided was fine. But, their communication is awful. They were never consistent when it came to letting me know they were on their way. Right now, I'm attempting to cancel my membership and they're trying to charge me almost $400 in fees to do that. $199 for the 'general service' and another $199 for 'mosquito service.' I will never recommend them to anyone and I will actively seek to direct anyone I know away from ever using them. I'll probably wind up taking them to small claims court just on pure principle. I'll report them to the local BBB as well. read more

Alert.....Do not do business with Hawx Pest Control.You are not buying a service, you are buying a subscription that you can't get out of. I called them to cancel my mosquito service. They told me a can't cancel it because I have a subscription. I ordered a service, there was no mention of a subscription. They refused to allow me to cancel that service. After arguing with customer service for 30 minutes they came back to the phone and said we cancelled both subscriptions. I said you must mean service. Later that day I noticed they charged me $199 for mosquito cancellation and $199 for spraying the inside of the house and around the house. They charged $400 to get out of this fake subscription.
