I told him I lost my niece a few days ago. He said I didn't have to worry. They would off pay me breaking the contract with Romex. I will take responsibility for not sticking to my no. I was not emotionally nor in the right headspace. I just wanted him gone to I signed up. Romex informed me that my contract was never canceled. They took me to collections because I wasn't going to pay. When I notified the company I spoke with Casey. He advised me to pay my bill with Romex. He told me Connor was my sales rep & he was unable to give me Connor phone number. This company lacks integrity. Take your business elsewhere.

I also paid upfront in full for the termite service too! Last year they were under contract through the builder which is how I found out about them so I tried the service and they kept up that contract but after that year was up, this past December, all hell broke loose. No one came anymore but they continued to send a bill. When I called to complain this young lady got an attitude and tried to tell me she shows in her computer that they have been to my home and I told her that is a lie. Then she tried to tell me that I requested fire ant service when I never did, I have spider webs everywhere. She really p!ssed me off by continuing to tell me what I requested when I know I never did even after I told her the first time she mentioned it that I didn't she still tried to say her notes show that I did. Someone there is just writing BS notes that are not true at all. Last week Thursday, 7-30-2026, she promised they would make it right and send a technician the next day on Friday but no one showed up still. Yesterday, I requested a refund of my money so I can go elsewhere and now they are playing the you have to talk to another department game. It's 4am and I can't even take a p!ss in peace without having to kill a spider. Today I spoke with someone named Tara who was very rude and didn't care about my concerns.
