And guess what - the finance manager, Sawan, happily agreed to come out (the phone was on speaker). Not only that, he gave me his undivided attention for at least 3-5 minutes - something other dealers don't even do when you've had your credit run numerous times AND drove over 45 min to get to the appointment. Anyway, from this experience alone I can say the service here is worth your time at the very least. The candor and attention to detail and overall urgency around my requests were front and center unlike other places where their objectives supersede anything you have to say. Job well done - I'll legitimately be back! Props to Sawan for his professionalism and Jack (sales consultant) and Charlie (receptionist) for doing their jobs without any attitude or pushback (literally very undervalued these days!)

We have a Honda Prologue that we are turning in for a buyback because it's a lemon/defective car. We got there to try and test drive a BZ first sales person we asked told us that they were all sold out and tried to get us into a CHR, just like the last time we asked for a 4Runner and they tried to get us in a Venue. 2nd BS. A "sales manager" came by and now all of a sudden there was a miracle, a BZ was available? What? Where did it come from? Lol. So 3rd and final BS. We did mention that our Honda Prologue was going to be returned as a buy back within a week.!The sales manager proceeded to try and convince us that he could go ahead and take care of it for us? So Toyota will payoff our car? And give us about 10k back after everything is done? We didn't know Toyota would buy our Lemon at full price? Plus all the payments we didn't? Again listening isn't really their strong suit at this Toyota dealership, that used car salesman mentality. We shall try Toyota again in a few years. We also went to Volvo and the experience was night and day, zero pressure, they were committed to giving us all the information, showed empathy for what we were going though and invited us back after we have dealt with Honda. Even showed us all the options with a smile.

From the start, everything seemed fine during the sale, but as soon as I drove it off the lot, I noticed a concerning knocking sound. I took it straight to a Toyota dealership for a check, and they told me the rack and pinion and intermediate steering shaft were shot--not safe to drive at all. The repair estimate? A whopping $2,900. This is a major safety issue that should've been caught during their pre-sale inspection, but apparently, that's not how they operate. I reached out to "Tony", the sales manager, hoping for some goodwill. I wasn't asking for a handout--I just wanted them to chip in a bit since this was a hidden problem that put me at risk. I even emphasized that it was a safety concern and should have been disclosed. Tony's response? Flat-out no help whatsoever. He said they'd only look at it if I drove it back to them, which is insane because the car was deemed unsafe! When I asked if they'd cover a tow, he shut that down too. And when I politely requested his full name or email for further discussion, he got defensive and said, "Tony is all you need to know," then ended the conversation abruptly. This level of customer service is unacceptable. Triple Crown Motors clearly doesn't stand behind their vehicles or care about their customers' safety. I feel completely ripped off, and now I'm out of pocket for a car that's basically undriveable. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place--do your research elsewhere. Triple Crown might have deals, but at what cost? Not worth the risk.
