I've dropped off donations at this location countless times over the years, and this was the first time I had someone walk up to my car and offer to help me unload my donations and kindly point me to the correct bins for where to place things (electronics, household goods, clothes, bags, shoes, etc). He also asked if I wanted my bags back and if I needed a donation receipt. The last time I donated items here, there was a guy working who practically screamed at me "No hangers!" to which I responded, "Sorry, I didn't know." - I put the bag of hangers back in my car but he definitely didn't need to yell angrily. So this visit was 100 times better, thanks to Deshawn. Goodwill, I hope you acknowledge the great and kind employee he is! Friendly tip: I had fragile wine glasses, pint glasses, and ceramic mugs to donate and I wrapped each item in packaging paper and bubble wrap and placed them in an open box. I was told this was a great way to donate fragile items so they don't break. The back parking lot where the donation drop off is located can get tricky to drive in/out of if there are more than few cars back there. It's basically a small loop with about 6 spots in the center. And when people are walking back and forth from their cars and the donation bins and cars are trying to exit or pull in, it can get dicey so a little patience will help!

He opened another box of my items and pitched them through the air across the bins so everything went crashing and slamming into the bins beneath. This was due to my items not being sorted. I cleared out the home of a family member who had passed and explained this to him when I arrived and that I had several boxes of unsorted items. He also hurled insults at me about the items being dirty and nasty. Some of the boxes were dusty from storage but the items inside were predominantly new and still sealed. He took out his phone to film me when I responded to his angry accusations . I got into my car, said "Fuck you," and left.

Marina at Le Caprice is a lifesaver!…read more I ordered a Vivienne Westwood gown from a very popular bridal shop. When I tried it on during pickup, I knew something was off. It took 3 stylists just to hook the dress together before it could be zipped up. I had not gained any weight since ordering, and the dress felt like it had been ordered a size too small. The stylist who was helping me put on the dress kept reassuring me that the gown had a hard corset, and because it was strapless, it was meant to fit that tightly. Well before my actual wedding, I had my courthouse ceremony... I needed a lot of help to get the dress hooked on, and when it came time to drive to the courthouse, I couldn't even sit up. I had to lean the car seat all the way back in order to make it to the courthouse. The entire afternoon I was so uncomfortable that I didn't even want to drink water. After that experience, I brought my dress to Marina at Le Caprice. She took one look at my back and didn't even bother zipping me up. She assured me that my dress was too small, that it was not just in my head, and offered to remove the zipper and replace it with a corset back! I was nervous because I really loved the top part of my dress and how snatched it made my waist look, but when I received my dress it still looked just as perfect! Not only that, but I was completely comfortable in it when I was sitting and eating at my reception (: Marina was able to complete the alterations super fast at a fair price and I think the corset was elegantly executed. After a mistake was made with my 10% senior discount (most seniors come to the store on Tuesday for the same reason), Brisa explicitly agreed to rescan my items. I spent time unwrapping everything to make it easier for her, only for her to return with a hostile attitude and refuse to honor the discount because I 'didn't tell her beforehand.' When I held her to her word, she became incredibly rude and even threatened to refuse me service. Ironically, Brisa mentioned she is currently studying Forensics. You would think someone in that field would value facts and integrity, but she completely went back on her word. She certainly has the 'bad cop' interrogation style down - she failed the basic test of honesty, integrity and professional conduct. Truly 'Bad Will' at this store today - 3/10/2026.

Found such a cute jewelry box with a farm theme and a dancing horse inside with a music box that works. In the glass section found a vintage green glass bud vase, so cute, for less than $3.00. Found some other stuff too for a reasonable price, however, this Goodwill is on the pricey side.

Looked and looked and couldn't find a mirror. I asked a worker, Gina, where I could find a mirror. Guess what? THEY DON'T HAVE ONE SINGLE MIRROR IN THE STORE...WTH??!!! WEIRD. Went to go look for a donated mirror to help but nope they didn't have one. I ended up propping my phone on a shelf to see myself. BTW, Gina was really friendly and tried helping me. The gentleman at the counter (I did find a cute sweater) was just as friendly. Won't be going out of my way to come back to this location. Oh and and they have a new policy where you can return items within 7 days BUT only to the same location...HUH?! Nevermind.
