I've taken my dog here for a full grooming, a "touch-up" grooming, for daycare, and for boarding. All were 5-star experiences. The front desk is always friendly and makes you want to stay for coffee. This is the first place I've ever had my 7-year-old dog groomed and she did great - the credit definitely goes to the staff for making her comfortable. When I took her for boarding, I was nervous because she was used to staying in a different facility for the last several years when we go on trips. I brought her to daycare here for about 3-4 visits before the trip over a couple of months, to make sure she'd be OK with the dogs and people. She seemed to do well for the week and was peppy and cheerful when I picked her up. Book any of their services well in advance as they fill up quickly. read more

I haven't done grooming here in a really long time, but I was looking for a new place and my dog needed a grooming badly. This review is for Mel, who was able to fit me in the very next day. I have never in the six years that I've had this dog had such an incredible job on him. He's a terrier mix, and in the past, no matter what I tried to describe, he never came out that way. He always came out, looking like a Chihuahua, not a terrier. Mel did the most beautiful, amazing haircut on him and did a perfect job on his nails. I will be following Mel wherever she is working! My dog Shadow had never been to doggie daycare before. She was anxious and timid but Trenton checked her in and I felt comfortable leaving her for the first time. Trenton has a caring attitude and it's easy to see that he is excellent in his ability to care for dogs! Very attentive, caring staff! My dog Kai is aloof and is a high anxiety Belgian/Dutch shepherd. He looks intimidating but is a gentle giant. They recognized and observed his demeanor and character and knew exactly what he needed and made sure he was extra loved on. The place is an amazing atmosphere for dogs that get along with other dogs . They also provide a private area for dogs that are not comfortable with other dogs. I came to get a tour a week or two ago as I have many friends and family who bring their pets here and I was extremely shocked to see on the weekend when I was coming in there was an employee in window sitting at a computer smoking what was clearly a marijuana pencil when another employee was walking by I asked kindly what was that girls name and they explained to me that her name was Brooklynn and it's not the first time she does it seeing and hearing this made me know that this is not a place I would want to bring my animals EVER I am letting others on here along with friends and family to know so they are aware of the kind of workers who this place makes seem your pets are under the best care it is workers like Brookelynn who ruin great businesses out here many people aren't so happy with knowing that their pets have been under Brookelynn's care aswell I am not one to ever leave a review but this is something serious and completely unacceptable for a place to have employees working there doing such things and to think this place has won tons of awards while having an employee smoke on the job instead of attending dogs or doing something productive is completely unacceptable! I have a vacation planned for 11.17 for a week. They were recommended to board a new puppy who gets her final shots on 11/13 for boarding. I have another dog, who will do fine with my roomates, but the puppy needs more supervision (3 months old). I started calling almost 3 weeks ago to make sure they could take her. no one returned my call. I finally got someone last week who told me to go online and fill out application; that the puppy would have to come 1 day for day care for observation to make sure they would take her. I went online, did app and no one called me. i called back and was told now that she would have to be observed for two days before they would commit to my vacation days. In other words, on the 1t6th they would tell me whether they would take her on the 17th forward which is the day I leave. They could have told me 3 weeks ago and now I may not be able to go on vacation unless I find someone to watch her. All they could say is they are sorry. I had less trouble putting my child in day care that this place. DO NOT USE THEM. read more

It's the second time that I bring my dog in. Staff said it would take 2-3hour and also said they would call me when my dog was ready. After 5hrs and 15minutes I called them to see if my dog was okay, because NOBODY called me to let me know it would take longer, and my dog was ready. Nobody called me to let me know he was ready, nobody called me to let me know it would take another 2hrs, I had planned my day to go pick him up at my lunch break, but they just don't care of keep the owner informed. They just want make money. And instead of saying sorry for not calling and not letting me know it would take longer, they just gave to my dog a treat. Definitely not giving another chance. First time was already disappointed, but I gave another chance to make sure how good/bad they are. And now I'm definitely not going back, I DO NOT recommend this place. read more

My dogs first appt here she was nervous. They sent her home washed but with only a patch of shaving bc she wouldn't let them groom her. They rebook her 6 weeks later for another appt. They never mention the appts are booked w specific groomers. They didn't bother to switch groomers in case my dog didn't particularly feel good w that groomer. They don't bother to call me at any point in the 6 weeks to ask if I want to change groomers or to tell me they can't work w her. I arrive for the appt and the groomer tells me she can't work w her bc she was too nervous last time. No one called me to tell me that. I showed up for nothing. Very poor customer service. Barely an apology. Not much sincerity. I won't add insult to injury and mention their names (front desk and groomer) who both admitted they should have read the notes. Really?? read more

So far so great! The other day my pup and I went to Bed and Biscuits for an interview and first day of day care, to see if he "qualifies" to stay overnight while we're away from home. He passed, but more important to this rating is that I was able to see photos and a video of him playing with other dogs and people. The place is clean and very well kept. Review for doggy day care. We were camping nearby with our pups and wanted a day to spend at the boardwalk and in a search found this place! No reservations were needed and it all worked out perfect. Easy intake for new pups. We have one big dog and one small one, they do separate them but asked if we wanted them to be together at some point. Staff was friendly, explaining everything and answering our questions. The pups seemed happily exhausted when we picked them up in the evening. I've gone to bed & Biscuits over the years and my dogs have always come back so happy and loving I tried the mobile grooming and it was not good for my Border Collie.
