BBB, not that business rating, but you know what I mean. think they have a pretty good customer service here. The store looks like any other BBB. Find everything here but gosh, don't buy everything here, control yourself! The moment you pass every aisle, you feel like buying everything. This store has an OK selection of products. Staff is mostly friendly and the store is clean. The one thing that seems ridiculous to me is that if you return something that you used afterpay with you will only get in-store credit. Seems ridiculous. I've returned things that I have used afterpay with at other stores and it's been fine but for some reason they can't and will only give you store credit. I will definitely not use it and it'll sit in my wallet forever. If your store offers afterpay you should be able to have to option to return it and get your money back instead of store credit. Greg the manager has a nice little scam going on here. If you print a 20% coupon from and email, you can't print multiple copies for multiple items. There's also an expiration date. This isn't the case with mailed copies of the coupon. They never expire and you can save multiple copies to use on multiple items. This isn't the case at other Bed, Bath branches where both email and mailed coupons maybe used interchangeably and with no expiration date. Do yourself a favor and shop at other branches where they are not dishonest like this branch read more

There is an employee there named Hunter, that is always saying things under his breathe. i once heard him say, "fat cunt" and when i asked him what he said, he didn't reply and walked away and mumbled, "dumb bitch". this employee is not friendly at all, not even for the eyes, and he should be fired very soon or this store will regret it. read more

This store is packed (literally) with every type of home-good you could possibly imagine. I'm pretty sure they have about 20 different types of paper towel holders, as an example. So you can imagine what it looks like in here. It can be pricey. I've found similar products at other stores for less. But you can't beat the selection. Everything is also organized really well so it's pretty easy to find what you're looking for. That is, if you aren't too distracted by the massive amount of stuff you weren't looking for. I like looking around stores like this. As weird as that is, I find it kind of fun. But next time, I will go to a different Bed, Bath, & Beyond. The people at this store have a consistent supply of RUDE. I would even go so far as to say that the last employee I interacted with at this location could be eligible to win the "Worst Retail Employee Attitude of the Year" award. This is a perfectly normal Bed Bath & Beyond. I'm giving extra points because the lady who helped us with a wedding registry was particularly helpful the last time we came in. I also really appreciate the complementary gift-wrap station, which gives this store a one-up over other department stores - especially when it comes to wedding registries. I came to return/exchange an item and I had to wait 10 minutes in the Return line. Then when my turn came, I was told to go instead to the end of long long line of customers that snaked all the way across the store to the other side of the store. I don't understand why I could not make that simple return/exchange at the Return desk, nor why this store representative could not have told us ahead of time that she would not take care of us. . I normally love this store but unfortunately they have been understaffed for a while now and there was a line that wrapped around the corner with only two counters open. We had a return and waited 10 minutes in the return line only to be told to go to the back of line that wrapped around the side of the store. We were so disappointed in their service that we just left, despite having wanted to pick up a few items. We left them and left. read more

By far the best customer service of any retail store! Carlie really went above and beyond! I came in to the store to get a replacement curtain. I had no idea what the name brand was or the style. He researched the curtain by my description until he figured it out. He looked up the inventory and found that his store no longer carried that item. He then called around until he could find one. Visited the store on 12/22/2020 to exchange an early Christmas gift I received. I did not want a refund, just an exchange where in the end I would have to pay the difference. No biggie to get something that I could use. I was told that they do not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt. Or I would have to have the credit card # used in order to make an exchange. Seriously? I don't have either since it was a gift. SMH. Even the website lists a different return policy. No solution for my dilemma at this store. read more

I like shopping here , especially for wedding registries. The staff is very helpful. I was disappointed when they recently made those waiting in line have to go through a ridiculously long aisle of merchandise. It's awkward having to back out if I want to, and when I want them to print me a registry I feel rude calling out to a cashier instead of waiting in line. But it would be silly to wait twice. I'm not an Amazon person and I like in-person shopping so I will still use Bed, Bath and Beyond for gift shopping. read more

That being said, when I am given a tremendous experience, I feel as though I ought to write a review. The lady friend and I went to BB&B to create a wedding registry. We were given a great deal of personal attention at the outset. We were offered cold bottles of water (which were greatly appreciated), and were constantly, but not annoyingly, checked upon by various members of the BB&B staff. From first to last, BB&B really nailed it. If you're creating a registry of some variety, strongly consider BB&B. read more

I called today in a panic because I have an event tomorrow and our chocolate fountain fell through. I had a million questions with limited time. Every customer service representative I spoke to was patient and kind even though I know I can be demanding and high strung at times. Keith thoroughly went through your current inventory and gave me options that met my needs and answered my tedious and sometimes repetitive questions with not only patience but also with extensive product knowledge. I ordered 3 items online and was told I would have them in 5 to 8 business days. It took over two weeks for me to receive my sisters birthday items. I didn't receive them in time for her birthday. My bank card was also over charged 39.00. I called customer service and they told me there was nothing they could do for me receiving my items late and nothing they could do to help me with my over charges on my bank card. Horrible costumer service! Go to the one in highlands ranch if you want help from people who actually care to do there jobs. I brought back a vacuum that was shorting out. Bought a year and a half ago at most. Thought it was on one of the only two cards I have. But had to get a new card when target had a breach last year. So probably on there. I didn't ask for a refund, I was just going to get the same vacuum. But they didn't even ask and gave me a full refund anyways, and then proceeded to talk about me to other employees as if I was lying that I bought it there. Just had a horrible experience at this location. I went in to pick up a gift that we had purchased online for a wedding registry. This should have been an easy process, but it wasn't. Dana, the cashier I was working with, could not understand this easy request and thought I was making a return. I calmly explained no, then she proceeded to go and find the gift. Couldn't find the gift, even though we had received an email that it was ready. Got the gift, then she tried to find the registry number again. When she STILL could not find it she called over the manager, then Dana decides she wants to go home and leaves. Who leaves a customer in the middle of a transaction???? Finally found the number, but got no apology for the wait, and no thanks for coming in. This store needs to train their employees and managers to be more polite to their customers and to apologize when they are struggling to meet a simple request. read more
