This is a Bed Bath and Beyond that I've never been to before. It has a warehouse feel, which I didn't like. Guess that was their new remodel intentions. I like the nice cozy store it once was. I wasn't greeted, I didn't see any employees on the floor. It felt like a stale store. I made my way around and left. Sorry guys, I didn't enjoy my shopping experience. Another victim of the Amazon business model, that never seemed to 'get it': pouring $$ into brick and mortar locations with high rental price are soon to be extinct. I like this store. Each time I walk in there, people are pleasant, helpful and kind. I generally find what I need. I went in the day before Thanksgiving for wine glasses and a couple of other things, it was quiet. I asked a nice Lady a couple of questions, she walked me to where I needed to be, found the items I needed, on sale, and twenty minutes later I was on my way. read more

If you need anything for your home.....they have it! We enjoy checking out their many brands of coffee and the numerous hard to find kitchen items. Also have deco items from vases to pillows, drapes, robo vacuum cleaners & more. Check them out if you need to p/u a birthday or wedding gift for someone. Great place to shop! read more

This review is solely based on their curbside service. I thought I would try it out since I only needed one item. I logged into their website, they automatically applied any available coupons, and then selected the store for curbside pickup. When I arrived at the BB&B store, I pulled up to the space in front of the store marked as curbside and I called the number listed on the sign. They picked up right away and I told them I was in spot #1 and my information. They quickly delivered my item to my car. You can pop the trunk or roll down the back window to put the bag inside the car. A+ service and experience. I hope they keep it around for a while! read more

There is never anyone working in this store. I drove from the cedar park location to this one and I deeply regret it. There was only one cashier on a Saturday and it took 30 min just to check out. This is not the first nor the second or third time I've had this issue with the Round Rock location specifically. If they didn't have what I needed in stock I would have never wasted my time going here. Please put in self checkouts like the Cedar Park location. read more

Beware: the discounts marked on the price tags can be deceiving in this store. I bought a thing I ended up returning because they refused to charge $10 less for an item that clearly was supposed to be discounted on the price tag. One store associate said it was supposed to be discounted, other 2 disagreed. Maybe y'all should figure out your pricing before lying to me that I probably took the item off a wrong shelf, which is not true. Then you guys not believing me that I actually talked to a store associate? Joke. That was enough to make me avoid Bed Bath & Beyond forever. The reason I am not giving this location 1 star is because I believe that the cashiers are truly nice and they want to do well. This location is laid out well and it is mostly easy to find that for which you're looking. They save good sales and coupons are always easy to find on RetailMeNot or elsewhere online. I've always been able to find an associate to help out and the checkout is very quick and easy. The only problem that I have with this location is that not all prices are marked and I cannot locate an price checker kiosks. These types of kiosks are easy to find at similar retailers and would be very handy! read more

Do you know what you're supposed to put on a wedding registry? Neither did I, so I'm really glad BBB offers an awesome registry experience! My fiance and I came here on a Saturday night completely on a whim to register. You meet with a consultant who gets all of your information, asks you what you want to accomplish with your list, and..GOES SHOPPING WITH YOU. What? I figured we would meander around the store alone looking at things that just caught our eyes, but nope. You are shopping with a purpose here. Our consultant (I believe her name was Leanne?) was amazing. She was friendly, and asked both my fiance and I opinions on what we each wanted, which I thought was really nice considering some people think the groom has no say in any of this. She asked us about our styles and what kinds of products would make the most sense for us. For instance, would we prefer non-stick or regular pots and pans? Why, whichever ones we can put in the dish washer, of course. Anything you wouldn't think to think about, she would think to ask us. Seriously, if you need some direction on how building out your registry works, come here! read more

I came here for an item that their website said they had in store. I like purchasing in person over online because I can see the product in my hands before buying. They actually no longer had the item the website indicated, but I found another brand of a similar product and decided to buy it. I asked "hi, how are you?" To the cashier when it was my turn to pay. She said nothing. I told her I had a coupon to use, she said nothing and scanned the coupon. The only words that ever came out of her mouth were my total, and telling me I needed to sign the receipt. Regardless, I said thank you before walking away, and she still said nothing. I basically had the experience of ordering online, while in the store...? Kind of disappointing. read more

Generally do not leave negative reviews except interaction with Tammy, MANAGER, was so disheartening that this review is warranted. Initial interaction at store with a Judy was great; however after purchase notice box was dented for expresso keurig and requested to exchange the box purchased for one of the umpteen boxes on the shelf and Tammy stated that all sales are final. Acknowledged that Receipt says that all signs are final; however, did not want to return but to exchange for undamaged box to ensure product inside was not damaged. As stated there was a crapload of new I damaged boxes on the shelf. Tammy instead reinforced that could not even exchange the box because then the next customer could POSSIBLY be inconvenienced by the damaged box. She instigated that we open the box to ensure that the product was not damaged. The. She offered to call her boss to which I requested and she be smirkingly introduced herself as the manager. And immediately noted that she would not allow us to exchange the box. She was extremely snide and borderline rude. Tammy while BB&B is going out of business your representation as a manager should reflect better customer service then exhibited today. best of luck with your future which hopefully is not interacting with customers the way that you interacted with us today!!! read more

I have always and still do love Bed Bath and Beyond. We were at the Lakeline store in Austin at closing time. Our cashier was irritated and wanting to be elsewhere. I was trying to access my online 20% coupons. I chose by mistake the 20% off coupon. She, Claire, pointed out the coupon said online only and proceeded to patronize my husband explaining what "online only" means. After we paid she gave us our receipt, turned and walked away without saying a word. The "Operations Manager was standing by the door and I complained about Claire. I told him Claire is in the wrong business and should not have contact with customers. read more

I went in this evening to choose a gift for a bridal shower. I walked up to the customer service counter to get the registry printout. There were three employees behind the counter - one was helping another customer, the other two walked AWAY from the register to chitchat for a few minutes before one of them asked what I needed. Registry in hand, I went in search of gift items. And searched, and searched. Needing items for a kitchen shower, I was in the utensil section. Not only did I have trouble finding the things I wanted, the item #s didn't match so I had to go by price and description. During the 30+ minutes I was looking, at least two employees were in the section - but not one of them greeted me, asked if I needed help, etc. Once I had my (ridiculously overpriced) items selected I went to check out. No problems here - friendly employee and quick check out. Then she asked me if I wanted my items bagged or gift wrapped. I said yes I needed them wrapped and she pointed to the corner where they now have a self-wrap table ... Excuse me?? One of the pluses of shopping at BBB was the pretty package you get to take to your event. I go to the self-wrap table and sort through odd sized boxes. I looked for a gift bag but they only had these awful shiny purple things. After pulling together box, tissue and the nicest of tacky ribbon, I took my gift and went home. To which my husband asked if I was going to wrap it for real?! Needless to say, I will now have to go to another store tomorrow and find something presentable. Pros - they offer shipping for gifts going out of town. Cons - bad service, overpriced items that are lower in quality but still high in price, Next time I will only use BBB for registries online to ship, or look in-store for something comparable at another store. read more

Customer service is WELL above and beyond the call of duty. The staff went out of their way to help me with a product problem after I couldn't get any satisfaction from the manufacturer (Cuisinart, don't buy from them!). The management and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and just seemed to genuinely want to make me a happy gal ;) I love this place. read more

I would like to start off by saying I did have a negative experience with this particular location while wanting to start my wedding registry. I voiced my concern on the website and ended up speaking with the District Manager. I must say that Bed, Bath and Beyond has really changed my mind and made things right. This Bed Bath & Beyond is ok but the selection is very small for certain things like k-kups of coffee, tea, etc. I'm used to BBBs in CA where you have a whole wall dedicated to different types and flavors of k-kups. They didn't have any of the coffee or tea flavors that I'm used to getting at BBB. I was very disappointed. I noticed the selection of things in general is smaller than what I used to. I don't know if it's just this particular location or BBBs in Texas in general. Other than that, my BBB experiences are pretty much the same whenever or wherever I go. Service is good, employees are helpful when you need something and you get tons of those 20% or $5 off coupons in the mail, in your inbox or text. My only gripe is the selection of things here, at least at this location. read more

I noticed my Seattle Seahawks Tervis tumbler seal had gone bad, so I visited this location to see if I could exchange it, as this is where I bought it a while ago. When I got there, I noticed the lid cracked as it was rolling around in the backseat of my truck. I thought for sure there was nothing they could do but I'd try anyways. When I got in, there were four people in front of me in line, so I began to wait patiently. After just a moment, a gentleman from the gift our wedding registry office (I think) asked if he could help and lessen my wait. He looked up my old mug, found a new mug online and did an even exchange and had it mailed to my doorstep in 4 days time.. Amazing. I didn't have to pay any fees our fill out any paperwork. As I'm writing this review, I'm drinking out of my new awesome tumbler and couldn't be more satisfied. Greg at the Louis Henna location deserves kudos for taking ownership of a problem and coming through with flying colors. We just bought a new home and I'm definitely coming back here for my home needs based on this experience alone. Give this man a raise! Thank you Greg! PS : The store uses really old computers and monitors making the employees job harder than it should be, they really should upgrade them, but this isn't worth taking stars off, just an observation. read more

Honestly, I am somewhere between 3 and 4 stars for this store. They carry some nice products and I can count on them to have certain things I need, such as anything by Good Grips! I like the variety in the drapery department as well as in bedding. Yes, the prices are a little high. My solution to that is to just wait for a 20% coupon to show up in the mail. No problem. The people working here are very friendly and always willing to help. That right there keeps me coming back as much as anything else. read more

I went to this location today because the handle of a toaster I recently bought from them wasn't staying down anymore. I did not have the receipt as I was very happy with the item at the beginning. I went there to return the toaster. They were so helpful. They currently didn't have the exact toaster online or in store and even let me choose another one to take home. I believe the woman at the register was Mary Anne and she called over who I believe was the manager when the exact one wasn't in stock. The manager helped me and said I could choose another toaster. I am so thankful. I will be returning to shop again read more

Great customer service. I am always asked if I need help at this location, usually more than once. Love the selection and love that I can use as many coupons as I want when checking out. Their excellent customer service is why my husband and I cancelled our other wedding registry and used BB&B exclusively, and why I am a repeat customer to this day. read more
