Everything was going well. After completing my first hand the nail tech stopped to ask me if I liked the way my nails were turning out. I let her know that the color looked more green than the gold that I had chosen from the swatch. She immediately became rude pointing at the powder and telling me that it was clearly gold. I informed her that I understood but that it wasn't the color I was expected. I asked her to please take it off. Needless to say the rest of the appointment was very uncomfortable and she proceeded to mumble to her coworker and everyone else who came to look. After removing the gold/green lots of dents were left in my nails. I did tip her a little over 10% for the additional time and because that's how I was raised. If I could give no star review, I would. High price with very low quality product, and employees. They were extremely rough and very sloppy. She messed up my toe polish when helping me put on my sandal. She didn't even care to fix it, the polish she messed up and try to ignore the fact that she smeared it. When I asked her about it, all she did was put more sparkles on top of the smeared polish. It looked awful, and I had to ask her three times to wipe it off and redo it. My nails look like something I could've done in a rush. She left polish on my fingers-nails and cut me multiple times. They charged me $80 for a manicure and a pedicure. Tried this nail salon several times, each experience got worse. First visit was for a shellac manicure which lasted almost 3 wks without any issues. Came back for another and after about a weeks growth there was such a sharp ridge at the base of my nail that I couldn't even wash my hair due to the hair getting stuck under the ridge and pulling my hair out. I went back to have the shellac removed (only had shellac on for a total of ~5 wks) and to get a regular manicure. I was relieved she soaked the shellac off but right before she started the manicure she pulled out the drill and drilled my natural nail so bad that it hurt. My nails now have HUGE dents all over them and hurt from having the natural nail drilled off. My natural nails are VERY thick so damaging them is pretty hard to do but none the less they are terribly damaged. Prior to this experience, I got a pedicure because I saw they have single use plastic covers for the tub. Apparently that is all a front because I watched the woman reuse the tools she used on me on another person without cleaning them AND they reused the plastic plug from the basin without cleaning it. I also witnessed dirty towels being folded and placed in the 'clean' towel area. I was offered sparkling wine and thought why not. What you see is not what you get and they don't pour it in front of you (but in the back) so you don't get the entire split bottle but rather about 4oz. The bathrooms have been so disgusting each time I've been there that I am certain they are not cleaned often at all (which says a lot about a business). I should have known this place was false advertising when the people working their speak very minimal English if at all but have names like, "Lisa", "Katie", etc. I paid extra for the pedicure only to be told after that they were out of said 'extras' yet I was still charged for the upgraded pedicure. I asked why am I being charged for items in the upgraded pedicure that I didn't get and why wasn't this disclosed prior? They suddenly could not understand English when I asked this question and played dumb. Buyer beware not to mention the gross OSHA violations practiced here! read more

I tried to like this place I really did. After a disappointing first experience, I called discussed my concerns when making a second appointment. My appointment was to be with the gal who did the main manicure last time and not the one who applied the polish. But no, they had the last who doesn't know how to apply gel polish do my manicure and pedicure. Told me the gal I scheduled with had another appointment. What the heck? Now my nails again are painted uneven. One corner even has a good of top coat. I had to constantly ask for nails to be refiled. Note to businesses. When a customer is willing to give you ac second chance.... Make sure they get your top persons and you check in on them during their visit. Lily, the owner, is very particular about who she hires so her shop is professional, clean, and cheerful. They have a huge selection of colors. I moved to Parker 3 months ago and have gone to two other nail salons that were sub par. Well, 3rd times a charm apparently because FOREVER CUTE NAILS & BAR kicked butt! First of all, this place is huge and immaculate! Seriously so clean and super classy! They have you wash your hands the second you walk in, which I respect and then socially distance you from others. Shoot! Totally forgot my nail tech's name. He even told me! Ugh. But he was such a nice guy, who really accommodated to what I wanted! I asked for an extra long massage and he gave me just that. The best part is part of the long massage was during the exfoliation phase of the pedicure, and that's my favorite part yet I never feel like it lasts long enough! What a perfect experience! A bit stressful and chaotic with so many techs. I've been there 4 times and not once did I have just 1 tech. Every time, I start with one and then they get up and leave and someone else comes. Weird. My nails were damaged by dremmel tool bc they didn't want to wait for it to soak off. They must share equipment bc they are up and down the whole appointment. Buyers beware. I had a pedicure twice at this beautiful salon. I was overcharged the first time and paid and went along with life. The second time after asking NOT to have the same technician they scheduled me with Jade anyway- very unprofessional. And then she over charged me again. Even though at the beginning of our appt I showed her the menu pedicure package I wanted. But at the register there was an extra $15 charge I asked why didn't she tell me that service was going to have an add-on? She said I asked for a good, lasting polish and that cost more. So clearly she took it upon herself to upgrade my nail polish and not tell me ? Just becareful and clear about what their add-on costs. I will not be back. They allowed too many customers for the number of staff they had so it took a long time. That is the only reason I did not rate 5 stars, though. They were very attentive and made sure we were comfortable, and provided great service. The even re-did one of our pedicures with shellac when the polish didn't dry correctly. We set an appointment one hour prior to close, but in my post Covid state of mind, I got mixed up on the places, and we ended up arriving nearly 25 minutes late. We had called on our way down to make sure they would still take us, and fortunately they agreed. The two women who did our pedicures were not rushed, but I probably got a little bit less pampering than my boyfriend, because I ended up getting my nails painted and he did not. Still though, we were there a full 30 minutes past close, and they never once said anything or did anything to make us think we were in the wrong. For that, I tipped them generously. I think they did a pretty good job getting all the dry skin off our feet (my boyfriend still has some calluses and dry skin), but my paint job looks good. She did four coats total--two color, one base coat, and one topcoat. Perhaps this is typical practice, but I don't often get that in most nail salons--I'm lucky to get two coats usually. We would go there again. Their prices are certainly in line with other nail salons. We paid $45 for each pedicure, which was their mid-level option. read more

So I have been waiting for Forever to open. Definitely worth the wait. The place is clean and quite big. Lots of room and nicely decorated. Lilly met me at the entrance and I was greeted warmly. Kelly did a wonderful job on my pedicure and then Kim did a fantastic job on my nails. When I was done Lilly came back and added oil to my nails and then gave me a nice hand massage with some great smelling lotion. I do a better job at home, but expect it to be a luxurious relaxing experience (not rushed) and the result to be professional. But every time since I've had to wait 15-20 even though I always have an appointment. The staff are not friendly and they don't even acknowledge that they are making you sit there and wait. The last few times my nails (dip) have started cracking right away and chip off within a week. I have never had that happen with any other location. Large shop with a lot of folks working. They definitely have a flow that is well planned out. I got both a dip mani and deluxe pedi, total cost was about $95 + tip (only accept cash tips). They were able to get me in the same day, and they accommodated me even though I was 15 mins late (stupid work call), which may not have happened with a smaller shop. You stay with the same person the whole time, and they moved me from the pedicure chair to the manicure station, I imagine so that you have time to let your toes dry. Everything was clean (though I didn't notice anyone using sterilized tools, but I imagine it's happening), it didn't smell too terrible for the fact that they offer acrylics, and folks were nice. The pedicure was a bit underwhelming though my heels are smooth, which was really my goal, so not really a complaint. The manicure was also underwhelming though my nails look nice and the finish is smooth. There was some pretty intense filing which left me with some tender spots around my nails for the weekend, though I'm sure it'll heal up fine. Overall, it's a good spot, especially in a pinch, but for a basic dip and fairly basic pedicure the cost may not be worth it. read more

What I did take up an issue with, however, was that I was repeatedly cut by the drill, drawing blood. After that occurring, I was pressured to tip via Venmo.
