When my friends and colleagues saw me they couldn't believe it. I reached out to her. I wanted resolution, I felt I should be refunded since now I have to pay a fortune to have corrective color done and she refused to acknowledge me and tried to say it was my shampoo and conditioner. Which by the way is Kerastse high quality product color safe. I had only washed my hair three times and all the low lights pulled out. Do not go to Tanya for color of any type. I feel like I didn't really get much of the foot/leg massage because Tina was pretty distracted. She did squeeze my younger daughter in for just a polish (not the whole pedicure) so that was nice. We each had a cup of that amazing citrus tea that Ken made and that was really good. My younger daughter had a cold stone massage with Vera and then a facial with Tina and said both were very nice.
