Absolutely no! Customer service is not good, all he ask cash money without even providing the service you deserve. The environment is not clean, nail tech clean the arm chair with the brush supposed to be for only nail! The share brush and clipper between clients without even sanitizing it, they don't even use disinfectant spray after each client. So disappointed with their service and I will not go back after going there few time only because of sanitize issue!!! Also their price change daily based pedicure cost from $48 to $60 I can't even figure out what's the price for basic pedicure, calluses still on and nail still need to be clipped and they tell you that you need to pay more to be at your satisfaction!! They ask for only cash and 30% or more percentage for tip. After i paid $30 tip for basic pedicure but calluses still on and the redness I got from them in addition unsanitary place, I want to put this review for you all out there to choose this place wisely. read more

This time, I made an appointment sooner than usual because my nails were bumpy and thick. I get the Dip French and the base color was a fake, unappealing pink. I made the appt last week for today. I asked for 11 a.m. and they asked if I could come at 10. When I arrived at 9:55, I was told to sit in another station so someone could file and put polish remover on my nails. At 10:25, my technician (Sammi) seated me. No apology for the wait and when she removed the polish, the tips of my nails had disintegrated because of the extended time the remover was on my nails. She advised she would have to put new tips on (for $5). Why would I pay for new tips when I didn't damage them. And it's already $50 for the Dip. I've been a regular for months now and I always tip 20%. I've tried to ignore the always filthy station but with so many other issues, there must be a better, cleaner and friendlier salon in Castle Rock. read more

I get powder dip french every time and I am never disappointed. There are never any imperfections in my nails. I have had them done other places and was not pleased. this is probably one of the worst nail salons I have ever been to, I recently moved up here from another state and decided to get my nails done for the first time in a while, and I was really excited about this place. I saw all the good reviews. I walk in and it seems like it's gonna be a great experience. The lady that put my acrylic on did an amazing job. I didn't catch her name. But then it came down to who was going to paint my nails and the gentleman that did it really struggled with just a basic French tip. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and I did not get that picture. I showed him a very simple, thin French tip. And this is what I got. I've left with nail polish all over my fingers. My cuticles flooded with acrylic now I don't know if it was just because I'm a new customer or what but I really did not enjoy my time here and I'm actually quite upset that I will be stuck with these nails for the next month. read more

I arrived from out of state and called ahead, the quoted me a 30 min wait as they were busy. By the time I got there approx 15 mins had passed so I only had to wait less than 5 min. They were very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and never hurt me. I got a mani pedi and had to have gel and tips removed. a nice older married couple are the ones who took care of me. Came here on my lunch break for a regular mani with clear polish. There was one woman and there was a 15 minute wait. She did a great job but I feel she was rushed as another client came in requesting a pedicure. I believe it would have been a bit better if she wasn't rushed and didn't make me feel rushed. Nails look great. Base & Topcoat polish is very cheap and looks like it will peel in a couple days even after requesting bond aid. I would recommend bringing your own top coat. I went there because of a recommendation from a friend, she said she has been going there for years...Well, all I can say is that from the moment I sat in the chair I couldn't wait till it was over! I even picked the nail polish closest to me just to get it done with. It felt dirty inside, even though I was the first customer there. They set up an alter with fruit, tea, and cigarettes...yes when they lit the cigarettes I just wanted to bolt. Too bad the lady had such a tight hold to my foot. I initially thought I had found a great salon. I was happy with the first couple of visits. I had the dip manicure. The dip procedure was different depending on the tech. Pricing was inconsistent ranging from 25.00 to 45.00. Service provided by the male owner was messy and painful. Instead of using more polish remover he used the electric buffer to finish removing my dip polish. Effectively removing at least two layers of my nail. Do not recommend going here! I am utterly disappointed on the fact that my nails broke after only a week and my nail polish from my pedicure chipped as well. The quality here was so bad, I have never experienced something like this. The damage from the broken nails to my nail bed is so bad too. I recently got my eyelashes done here. The eyelashes fell out very quick and were put on so poorly they all fell off. The man said I could come back if it happened and I did. Although, as I thought of this place as clean and well kept it is not. The man doing my eyelashes happened to spread a very nasty and contagious infection that spread from my face. The infection being treated as MRSA and/or impetigo. This infection has spread all over my face making for many scars going to be left after treatment. Would not recommend this place for eyelashes at all as this infection "eats away" at your skin. read more

Honestly a nightmare. OK so this place said they take walk-ins and then when I get there they're like no we don't and we're not available til 1:30 and it's 12 rn. So I'm like ok lemme just make a call really quick and I go outside and call my dad. I go back inside and this lady is hella rude like "so are you gonna come back later or" all snarky and shit. I make an appointment for 1:30 and come back then. They're like 15 mins late, the lady doesn't ask what length for my nails just cuts them. She fucked up and had to start from the beginning TWICE even though she told me she'd been doing nails for a really really long time. Almost every nail on my right hand is longer than my left bc she didn't measure them. I wanted a red to black fade Which is actually really common and simple but in direct light you can literally see through the nail between the colors bc she did it in a really shitty way. I wanted a shape that's really common called coffin that's like a rectangle but gets Thinner towards the top and one of my nails isn't at all it's literally just a rectangle. At the END she literally said "Pretty! They're kinda messed up... but pretty!" And then took me to pay. I have never even written a review for a business before today, that's how bad my experience was. read more

Over the years I've had my nails done at various salons, and enails is by FAR my favorite. The personnel are very kind with tremendous attention to detail. Their facility is extremely clean and nicely maintained. When I've had my nails done other places, the lines on my French tips were somewhat jagged and just didn't look very nice. The gals at enails do a BEAUTIFUL job - your nails will look perfect, and they last for ages (I usually do the Shellac French tips - I used to have pink and white acrylics). When I was in enails the other day, I asked them about the nasty review that someone had written on Yelp. They said, "Oh, the one where the lady said we had cigarettes burning?" (You can't smell a trace of cigarette smoke in there so I thought maybe the lady was confused and wrote a review about a different salon!) They said they burn incense first thing in the morning as a part of their Vietnamese tradition, but they do that before they open, so maybe she could smell it when she came in for her appointment first thing. Regardless, I would personally ignore that other review, it doesn't accurately reflect AT ALL the caliber of this place. I've been here countless times over a period of 6 years (not just one time) and enails is an excellent place to get your nails done. read more

The other commenter is crazy! I have been going there for almost 8 years. They are great! I have had my nails done all over this country and all over Castle Rock and this salon is great. Great people! Great service! Yes, they are Buddhists but that does not matter in how they do nails! On top of everything else, they have great prices! I have been there late, they even stayed open after closing time for me, and I have seen them clean the shop, spic and span! If you want they will set up a box for you, with tools only used for you, and there are almost 1000 little boxes set up for people, if that tells you anything about how most patrons return again and again.
