I use to go to these guys for all my accessories, until when I wanted a set of airbags installed on my Silverado for towing ... The young gal and I talked about it and she figured about 3-4 hundred over the price of the accessories for installation ... about 800 bucks in all ... When I went to pick up my truck her Mom was there , and all of a sudden labor costs was tripled ... They had 2 guys working on a 1 man job ! I must have paid those guys salary for the day ... I can't believe what an amazing job these people did. When I told them that it was a bit more complicated than the usual tow hitch receiver install, and that I have a YouTube video to demonstrate, Becka told me to email that info over. They got back to me that yes they could do it. The result is absolutely first class and came out considerably under the estimate. I have a 2006 snugtop, cant remember the model, but its the one with the pop out side windows, in the back. My yellow Labrador retriever practically lives in there, and goes where ever I go usually. Well, the other day, the cross bar for the back door on the right side, failed and was un hinged from the handle and laying at an angle down ward and the lock on the right side was locked. If i turned the handle I could unlatch the left side, from the outside. I couldn't reach inside from the side windows to reach the fallen/failed cross bar on the on the right side. I even attempted to climb into the shell from the back windows, but couldn't get past my waist. My dog was stuck inside, until i finally coaxed her out the back window (she is like 60 lbs), and she barely fit through the back window. For a moment that scared me. So I actually went to Mccrea motors first, because I knew they sold LEER tops, and they couldn't help me, but the service guy behind the counter suggested I go to Bedliners Plus to fix it. So I drove from mccrea motors to Bedliners Plus, which was a short drive. I get there and was very lucky that there were no observable customers that I could see. So I explained my situation to the Shell installer, and he fashioned a type of "slim jim" tool out of a thin piece of wire. He must have spent about 20 to 30 mins trying to hook on the wire to the fallen crossbar, and failed a few times. So I attempt to try and get through the back window again, of course, when i get about halfway through, he finally gets the door open, and yells to me "go back, go back, I got it open!" I was elated. I offered to pay him, and he said no. I asked, "are you sure?" he nodded, "yeah" I cant believe what a lifesaver this place is, and I didn't even buy anything there, I just needed to get my shell door working again, so that my service dog could have her home on wheels back. I am extremely grateful for the free service he supplied to gain access to my shell again, and replacing the rusted out "push nut" that had completely fallen off/apart due to Humboldt county's awesome coastal salty air, that gives anything metal, cancer. I was already having an awesome day, I had just come from sears, because I live on a dirt road and one of my mutual neighbors is a current, active police officer. Someone is spreading dusty, old, rusty, metal parts, nails, screws, etc. everywhere. I think i have patched a hole in my tire about 8 or 10 times in past 8 or 10 months, but this time, my tire was unrepairable, so I had to get a new tire. Bam, another 120 bucks. I was having an awesome day. needless to say, I also went to harbor freight and bought a magnetic sweeper to get all the nails, screws, and metal junk. so that helped i think. I definitely recommend this place, if nothing else, for its awesome customer service, and free at that. I will be recommending this place to anyone that I know that needs a camper shell, or bed liners, or toolboxes, or whatever else they have there (they have toolboxes, and some other after market stuff). If and when I buy a new truck and need a new shell, I will definitely be going there. The people there are really nice, and the place was clean, and very easy to walk around and check out products on the showroom floor. The woman at the customer service counter was awesome too, she was on the phone when I arrived and acknowledged my presence, right away, but stayed on the phone for a few more minutes, to do something. I probably waited a whole 5 or 10 mins waiting for her, while she was on the phone. I walked around and checked out the products on the floor. As soon as she got off the phone , she went and spoke with an older gentleman who helped me get my shell door open. FIVE stars. I would give them 6 if I could . I will be back when I need a new camper shell or bed-liner installed. read more

I ordered a Extang solid fold bed cover from Bedliner-Plus in Eureka and it was delivered within 24 hrs. Unfortunately the cover leaked a little around the seams and hinges and it worried the heck out of me. All I could think about was if bedliner-plus was going to warranty it, replace it, or have me deal with Extang myself. The staff called me first thing in the morning on a Monday morning and apologized for the defective product and offered a full warranty no questions asked. I didn't even have the receipt anymore. Instead I wanted to continue business with Bedliner-Plus and opted for a cover of equal value. Bedliner-Plus absolutely rocks and definitely, 100 percent cares about the customer.
