Many places could only do custom as twin is so small for places that mainly only sell queen and king beds. I was not looking to spend thousands either. I walked in and was greeted by Luis Vega. I told him what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. It was so easy and he knew all his stock. I left in under 20 minutes with the bed frame and mattress in my car. I spent under $400 and it is exactly what I needed. The bed frame was super easy to assemble and I had that done in 5 minutes. After unfurling the mattress I made up the bed and its ready to go. That proved an impossible task requiring me to remove and photograph my mattress, box spring and frame. There were no inspectors available in my area to pay to inspect it. I have hypermobile EDS so all my joints are garbage, and i recently slipped a disk in my back. My physical therapist recommended a memory foam bed and a zero gravity recliner. My sister and mom have degenerative disk disease, so they've been customers of relax the back down in Texas for years, so I knew to come here. I got a tempurpedic memory foam mattress with an adjustable base. They have new cooling memory foam mattresses now so we hopefully won't have to worry about overheating at night. The adjustable base lets me adjust the head, legs, and even lumbar support, and it's a split frame so my husband and I can have our own settings. It's going to be so good for both my back and my sleep apnea. I also got a humantouch zero gravity recliner with both heat and massage. My physical therapist said sitting on a squishy couch without proper back or neck support was not doing my body any favors, and this chair is a wonderful alternative. There were some issues getting financing set up with Synchrony but Mark patiently worked through all of them, calling the company and getting everything set up. Since my back hurt I stayed in the recliner while he brought things to me as needed. I came in for a kneeling chair, and told him about my car accident back and neck pains. The kneeling chair is the most affordable. Mark showed me a $4000 chair, which was comfortable, but not for my wallet. I bought the kneeling chair and brought it home. Maybe I was having too much fun rocking on it, and it triggered my whiplash. I had to see my doctor, and returned the chair within 2 days. No problem with returns! This time Stacy was there. I went over my whole car accident back and neck pain, and now whiplash. Stacy said she wouldn't have sold me the rocking kneeling chair. So I said, okay, I'm in so much pain, can you help me get this right? She showed me the $4000 chair. Sorry, it's too expensive. I felt like Goldilocks, trying out all the different chairs until we found one that was "Just right". I love this store, because it's like a shoe store, where the expert fits me to the chair, and adjusts it to fit me. I was so relieved. Staci fitted me to the Navy blue X-Chair and put it in my car for me. Now I'm out of excruciating pain, and am totally humbled by this experience. When you have a special needs back, and a $200 Costco chair puts you in so much pain, be prepared for paying more for a back and neck chair that works.

We ordered a Stressless chair with a walnut stained base. We took the walnut sample outside in the…read morelight (we have a lot of natural light in our house,) and chose it for the base color. Yes, we signed a waiver about dye lots and matching color variance. However, our base was clearly a greyer shade than the walnut sample which was clearly golder in color. I do not believe the color of walnut on our chair exists naturally in the universe. It did not match the sample. However, it matched the furniture bases on the floor that said they were walnut, but clearly they were leaning toward a grey shade and had not been pointed out to us when we made our purchase. I asked if there was anything they could do. Did they offer me ANYTHING? NO, except to order a new base in another color which would cost more money for us. Did they offer to have someone re-stain it? No. Did they offer to exchange it and use ours as a floor sample? No? They offered nothing, and clearly, I am not happy to get a $3,000+ chair that we waited several months for with such a clearly flawed color. Be careful when you order from them. Clearly, they are not customer oriented.

He is direct, upfront, and one of the nicest men I know. Given the shortages in this industry he has done very well to start up a new store.
