You leave the house looking for a new mattress and you go home a big cat expert! I had a blast at Bedmart buying a mattress from Bill. He told me all about his amazing cat (a serval) and showed me pictures too. I thought he was nuts at first, but Bill is just a regular guy who loves his pussycat and knows about good sleep. I thought I knew what I was doing, but Bill showed me how to compare, and which mattresses to try. I was actually able to relax in the store, which surprised me because it's a bit strange laying down in a public place. Bill gave me my space and guaranteed I would love the mattress I picked. If I didn't, he said he would have someone pick it up and replace it with something better once I had picked it out. Sounds fair to me. Well, it turns-out I love my mattress and I'm sleeping great. I think a lot of it has to do with powered base I bought with the mattress - this blew my mind. The mattress felt good, but when Bill pressed a button or two on his remote, all of a sudden I was in love. I did not know a bed could feel this good? It's a Kingsdown. It should be called a Kings-up, because that is what it does! Now my back doesn't hurt in the morning, and most nights I sleep clear through without waking-up. I haven't done that in literally years. After considering buying a new mattress for about a year, we decided to go into BedMart Hillsboro, where Bill helped us. We looked at a lot of mattresses and finally chose one including the box frame, and thought we were done. (This was not a cheap mattress). My wife is a quilter and the new setup was so tall that her many quilts hung way off the floor. After visiting with Bill he sold us a lower profile box frame and refunded us the difference in cost. The delivery guys made the exchange at no cost to us. Next---- after a couple of weeks we felt the mattress we had purchased was too soft. I really wasn't looking forward to going back a third time, but Bill made it very easy and they gave us credit for the first mattress towards one that will be the right fit for us. Thanks Bill you did a great job helping us with courtesy and proffessionalism. I hope we won't be looking for another mattress for some time but if we do BedMart and especially Bill will be where we start. First time mattress buyers here! Nervous that we would feel hassled like a car dealership but it was exactly the opposite. First off, we were impressed by the technology used to measure my husbands pressure points on the bed in comparison to mine and find a mattress or 5 that could help us feel more comfortable at night. So cool! Every mattress we tried felt better than our own so we were able to be picky about cost and comfort. We had the pleasure of working with Bill. He was very laidback and knowledgeable with all the products. We then went to a competing store in the same shopping center and felt that dreaded car dealership pressure. The next day we went back to BedMart to spend a little more in order to work with Bill and purchase a higher quality product! Excellent customer service from the minute I walk-in, until delivery of my new bed. Bill greeted me with a smile and enthusiasm to help me find the right bed for me. He never once pressured me in anyway, this was very important to me, as I get annoyed with pushy sales people who are more interested in the sale and not necessarily customer's needs. My family always buys all their beds from BedMart, my daughter highly recommend the store in Hillsboro,Oregon on TV Hwy. I must say, she was spot on, not only do they have variety of mattresses, but their prices and financing is amazing. We went in months ago with no intentions to buy and met Daniel Brumble. We explained that our house was currently being built and we were only looking for ideas. He was very personable and instantly took care of us. We had our sleeping positions analyzed and from there, Daniel was able to "Beducate" and show us the best recommended beds. After purchasing a mattress from the Cedar Hills store, we were completely unhappy with our mattress and returned to the store to try and get our issue resolves all we got was nothing but hassle and no effort in trying to help. We were finally told to go to the Sunset Esplanade store and talk to Chris and after doing that our issues were resolved withing 1 hour of talking with him. We were very pleased with our service at this store and the fact that Chris truly cared about us and what we wanted and did everything he could to make us happy. They have really great customer service here. My boyfriend and I were looking for a queen sized mattress so we went in and were helped by Shane who was wonderful. He knew all of his stuff, every mattress we asked about he immediately knew all the info and relayed it to us. He also let us test out the mattresses and let us be for a while. We were really happy with his approach, we didn't feel pressured to buy and we didn't feel like we had someone looming over us the whole time. We ended up purchasing a mattress here and it's perfect! Dave was awesome. I had done some research on TempurPedic products and was worried I'd come across as an easy mark because of my eagerness. Dave was patient in explaining pros and cons of the different beds I wanted to look at. He had us try different beds and pillows a couple of times each to be absolutely sure what we wanted. He was wonderfully patient and kind to my four-year-old daughter as well. After the first 60 days, I'm sleeping much better than I was on my new bed and pillows. The service was very amazing. Especially during a pandemic. On that note masks were worn and there was hand sanitizer available at the front of the store. The visit was quick it was only about 20-30 mins max. Bill knew what kind of beds to show me that worked with my budget and what I was looking for.
