We purchased an Oregon Mattress Company mattress from mattress mania- even with regular turning it has deep lumps and divots which is not great but tolerable. What's not tolerable is the giant piece of metal that somehow found its way poking out of the side of the mattress that I found with my leg. I attempted to contact the company twice with absolutely no response. The mattress isn't even 6 years old, we've only had it 4 or 5 I think (it sat in a warehouse from the "made date on the tag) So mattress mania has gone out of. Haines and woudlnt release any warranty paperwork to us, and these people won't reply or help either- event hough their mattress is defective. Looking at another reviewer it seems I won't be getting any help either. So- buy your mattress here with caution. If I hear back and they decide to do the right thing and honor their warranty, for a mattress that has metal poking out the side enough to stab me as I get into and out bed I'll update my review. Update 1- I was finally able to call, and the rep (Noelle?) was very nice. She seemed concerned with where I sent the email, and when I advised it was the website, she was concerned the form might not be working. She immediately offered three ways to send a warranty claim form, and gave clear instructions on what they need from me. I updated stars based on her- I'm still not pleased with the mattress issues, but Based on my interaction with her, I am hopeful they will resolve the issue. And whether the company chooses to or not, Noelle as a rep was really pleasant to deal with. read more

It was a great experience. The people were nice friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable and what they have. Oregon Mattress has all kinds of Mattress from foam to latex and Ecco friendly mattresses. All of their mattresses are made in Oregon so nothing is shipped from overseas or bought. They make it right there in the store. I even had a tour of the facility of where they make all the mattresses. read more

I bought a Restonic mattress set from Mattress Depot in Bellingham, WA. I choose the set due to the sales man's rave reviews and because it was American made. I have had the set for a little over a year. I weigh 125lbs and I am the only person who sleeps on the bed. I now have a mattress with a deep body impress right in the middle of the bed. I filled out my warranty paperwork, emailed it along with photos to the Oregon Mattress Company and was told I qualified for an exchange. I paid to have the new mattress set delivered only to be told by Mattress Depot there were stains on the original mattress that voided the warranty and exchange. They told me I would need to get back in touch with the Oregon Mattress Company to again request an exchange approval. Currently, I am waiting on a second approval for the exchange. And after reading reviews that the Oregon Company rarely stands by their warranties, I am beginning to feel hopeless. 1. I bought the recommended mattress protector from Mattress Depot for $40. Quality rating: 2/5. 2. I paid Mattress Depot $65 to have the replacement mattress delivered after approval, only to be told no and that if I did get a second approval, delivery price would not only be due again but would now be $100. 3. I agree that there was some slight yellowing on the bed. In my eyes, its expected after a years use. Especially when the mattress protector was a 2 out of 5. But my question is. . . if the mattress is considered a failed product, why does it need to be in pristine condition? Are they reselling used mattress' as new? read more

We purchased our mattress through NW Furniture Outlet in Canby but it was an Oregon Mattress Company mattress. We liked that it was a local company, the price was super competitive, cheaper than we thought it'd be, the 15 year warranty, and it was an added bonus they they use organic cotton. The mattress arrived on time and in perfect condition. We've been sleeping on it for a month now and it's so comfortable. We got a hybrid king sized and I absolutely notice a difference in the support from our previous mattress which was a standard spring mattress. When either my wife or I get up in the middle of the night, neither of us even feel it. It's firm but also contours your body. I would highly recommend for the comfortability as well as the price! read more

We bought a King size Sunset Beach mattress from Oregon Mattress Company in December of 2018 for $1,175. The middle of the bed is now higher so that there is a considerable hump in the middle when we lie down. So two years after purchase we are in the market for another mattress. I consider this a throw away mattress and we definitely will not purchase again from Oregon Mattress Company. read more

This company will not honor your warranty on the mattress that developed a deep hole in just two years of ownership. Rotation a mattress cover never cut the tags took photos sent to company. When I called the company the representative was unhinged and started yelling. Ms. Nelson was the rudest person. She really raised her voice and would accept none of our photos as proof of warranty claim. Please do not buy from this company. Save your hard earned moneys. we bought a split king mattress at a much more price then we should have but being a disabled vet it is good on my back but in less then a year the seam split on the mattress and after sending all required stuff they denied our warranty saying it does not interfere with the integrity that is not the point the product is defective this is a substandard company that should not be in business beware of this company also they will be on the BBB report . read more

I don't know where else to send my comments since the manufacturer doesn't have a contact email. We purchased an OMAC,LLC--OMC Barclay Super Firm mattress and foundation 22 months ago which had a 10 year all inclusive warranty. After about 20 months we noticed the edge of the mattress on my husband's side of the be had collapsed making the side protrude outward. Since he only sits his 215 pounds on the side of the bed to put on his shoes or slippers, we are very disappointed in the quality that we were told was the top of the grade. This mattress replaced a quality foam mattress that had lasted for thirty plus years. We are NOT going to deal with repair or replacement since we can't be guaranteed that this won't happen again...a first with any previous mattresses we've owned.(We've gone back to a quality foam mattress) I DO NOT recommend this manufacturer- OMAC, LLC; or BedMart, Inc. who sold this product to us 22 months ago. read more

I normally do not write in review forums, but I must this time. Short and simple, we were trying to replace our 12 year old Restonic mattress (which was manufactured by Oregon Mattress Company) and went directly to Oregon Mattress Company for a recommendation. We wanted to purchase the exact same mattress if possible, since it was a fantastic bed for all those years. I took in all of the information from our old mattress (receipts, photos of the tag) and described to them exactly what we had and what we were looking for. We then received a recommendation of a model number from one of the sales persons for the mattress. This was supposed to be their most plush hybrid mattress. We then had to order through a local retailer since they do not sell out of their facility. When we received the bed, it was nothing like what is shown on the Restonic website, nor what I had described to them and asked for. This bed is like sleeping on the hardwood floor. When I inquired about trying to fix this and get what we actually thought we were buying, we were told that there is nothing that can be done since it was a special order. We were trying to keep our business local and support local workers and companies, but it seems as though Oregon Mattress Company doesn't care as much about its long time customers and keeping them happy. Without their willingness to make things right, I will advise friends and family and anyone else who asks to not consider Restonic or Oregon Mattress Company for their new mattress purchases. Buyers do your research - hopefully your experience is much better than ours. read more
