Stopped in late on a Friday and was amazed at the selection, much nicer than some of the other showrooms we had checked out first. A friend had referred us to Jessica and she was incredibly helpful. She took the time to walk us around and show us some flooring that would work well with our color selection, made recommendations on grout (love the grout guide!), and was very patient despite the fact that the stores was going to close soon. Great showroom and friendly staff are definite positives, but where we encountered difficulties was when a small part of our tile order arrived damaged. We filed a claim via their unnecessarily painful return process, but we weren't able to even get a response; after a week we just gave up out of frustration. read more

This place has a great - and vast - selection of tiles for all price points; the staff is helpful and knowledgeable...HOWEVER, their list of contractors should be avoided at all costs! They gave me the list and I called one of the guys - Jamie O'Linn at Styles In Tile - and it was THE WORST experience with a tile company I've ever experienced! The guy is a huge flake! I love ANGIE. I am remodeling 8 bathrooms. This can be overwhelming at times but Angie from the get go provided all the samples I needed without hesitation and was only an email away.even when I needed to order additional tiles and additional quantities. They have a simple online payment system which makes it very easy to keep track of your expenses. I have been to many tile stores and without naming them directly-some stores in N Hollywood-was overwhelming and underwhelming at the same time. Underwhelming bc if you didn't go with a contractor, you were not given the serious attention with information on tiles, etc. Overwhelming in terms of too many selections. Bedrosians was organized, not overwhelming and Angie was extremely helpful. Check out their website and Instagram to get inspiration before heading over to their showroom. Lydia met us at the front when we walked in and was super helpful in taking us to the granite yard in the back, a large warehouse with all sorts of options. She kindly explained that if we did not find what we liked in the warehouse, then we could go online and look for interesting pieces that they would bring up for us to view. This is really a great place. I took photographs of the ones that we thought were somewhat interesting, although we do not agree at the moment. Whether we end up getting our granite here or not, you definitely should check this place out. I fell in love with the Magma, GRN MAGMA Slab 2P. Gorgeous, definitely thinking about it, you should look at it if you're thinking of granite in your kitchen. read more

Bedrosians has a huge selection of tile. We were in the market for porcelain tile and spent almost two hours looking and comparing. The sales rep was with us every step of the way. What we selected was beautiful and perfect for our needs. Prices are comparable to other tile store in the area. Did not like shopping for tile at online low price stores... just didn't trust the pictures and ratings plus it is much better to see the products in person. The front desk is so great in helping you find the best tile for your project and they a huge collection in slabs for countertops. My new favorite product of theirs is the CLOE Tile! They are absolutely stunning and can be used anywhere. We used the white subway for a kitchen hood as seen in pictures. A great tip is that they have sales in the front during holidays so you can get amazing tiles for affordable prices. I went in to purchase some chair rail which I was told was going on sale today. The price listed was $5.89 (I took a pic of it) but when I went to the sales desk they said the price was $6.50 and that it just went up today and the discount would be from the new list price. My understanding from CA law is that this is illegal but I'm no attorney. If they haven't changed all the price tags then they should base the discount on what is displayed. The rep was adamant about the pricing so needless to say I walked out. As a follow up, I googled the item and found it from one of their distributors for less than what the discounted price would have been and the kicker is that I'll need to pick it up at Bedrosians. read more

A stone throw from the 5 freeway in Sylmar is Bedrosians. I discovered Bedrosians on yelp, which is surprising since I have been driving past it regularly for years and didn't seem to notice. Literally years. The buildings are quite large, signage is quite distinct, but outside-of-the-realm of remodel, I overlooked this gem. I came to Bedrosians looking for backsplash that would compliment my new quartzite countertops. Bedrosians has two primary areas for customers: show room, which features many different types of stone and tile options, and a large outside warehouse with a large selection of Sale items, as well as slabs for countertops. I only paid attention to the tiles, though. What surprised me? The selection and the price. After trolling Home Depot, Lowes, and stores on the internet for several days, my expectations weren't particularly high when I walked into Bedrosians. They have a competitive selection of tiles and a fair price. The sale items were very affordable and I loved many of the options available. My mom and I met Lydia, who kindly assisted us in finding a tile that might work. She sent me home with a few samples and her business card. I requested my order through her email, she sent me an online invoice, and within 3 days my tiles had arrived. When I went for pick-up, Lydia was helping another customer. Another employee assisted me and notified the warehouse I was ready for pick-up. I backed my car up into the designated spot and a kind warehouse employee delivered my tiles to the car. They have quite the set-up. I definitely found the adventure to Bedrosians to be fruitful. read more

DO NOT USE this company! They will gladly take your money for their overpriced tile and when it comes time to return an item they give you the middle finger. When the tile was sold to me they talked me into an additional box of tile and I just didn't think I needed it. They said I should be better safe then sorry, so I did. As I was promised by the customer service rep I could return the item. As I thought I just didn't need that last box. When I asked for a return, before I even took the tile home they said I was out of luck. Because this tile was sent from the warehouse for me. But I know the truth that they were already sending 50 box to them for normal stock. Not only are they ridiculous with returns, they lie to enforce some BS rule of there's. You will not take another cent from me and anyone that I know, I will absolutely tell everyone of the horrible service and the lies you tell. After all I am in construction and need tile weekly. Don't worry about horrible customer service, great service, or service at all.. I stepped inside roaming around this huge warehouse for about an hour an a half and not one employee looked my way. Ignored the whole time with people salefolks sitting and chatting with each other. You can't miss Bedrosians off the freeway. It's located at the 210, 5, and 14 junction in Sylmar. This place has a large selection of floor and wall tile as well as large slabs of marble. I walked in and took pictures of what I needed and left. Found what I needed elsewhere. read more

Came here with the wife to look for tile for our house and very glad we did, as we found a textured 3D tile for our shower. We both knew that we wanted something no one we knew had and Bedrosian's provided this. The tile we picked is from Italy, so very top quality. The prices are NOT cheap but neither is the quality. Customer service was very good, they answered all our questions and multi tasked with other customers. The tile we bought was available two days after we bought it so don't expect to leave the store that day with tile in hand. Plenty of parking outside and restrooms were pretty clean. When picking up just pull in to warehouse in back in reverse and they will load your tile into your truck for you. Did I mention the lady's here provide great customer service. read more

They sold me 2 large defective slabs that had cracks and were literally glued together in the most discrete way ... a way that you can't possibly tell when you are there in the store . You won't be able to tell until it's literally installed... and then after you bring it to their attention and send them an email they won't respond with any resolution they just ignore you and hope you go away.... Order was delayed several times causing major disruptions to the project. (Overall it took about 4 months for the tile to finally arrive even though it was quoted as a two week delivery.) I purchased tile from them for a project to replace all my downstairs flooring. My installer was delayed on another project so I had to wait 2 months for the install. Once finished, I had a few extra boxes leftover. Bedrosians has an archaic policy that they don't accept returns after 30 days! What home project is ever done within 30 days?! Ridiculous policy. Went in around 9am on a weekday. I walk in and there are about six employees working behind the counter. I stop at the counter to wait to ask a question, not one.... not a single employee asks if I need help (I am legit the only customer in the store). Finally, I just ask where I can find tile that is good for bathrooms. Lady says over by that wall and points. I found the tile I liked but has a few questions so I go back to the counter, again I wait and wait and wait. Nothing... I really like this tile so I go back to take a photo of it and see if maybe I can find it at another store. As I'm walking out a man says, someone will help you soon. All I could say is too late. Glad I left because I found it cheaper at Floor and Decor in West Hills and as soon as I walked in a designer helped me and she even helped me pick out floor tile. Such a better experience. Going back to Floor and Decor when I redo my kitchen in February. THIS PLACE NEEDS SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. They do have beautiful tile and it's well displayed. read more

The onsite selection is good within a quick travel radius around Santa Clarita and Angie helped me find what I needed for immediate pick up. Bedrosian has a wide selection to buy - give yourself lead time for the widest option availability. Pack a lunch and be willing to die in their show room because the employees will not approach you, and ask if you need help. In fact they all sit behind the counter, staring at computer screens making a point to avoid eye contact with you. I have been to this location on three occasions and experienced the exact same treatment. I walked up and stood at the counter and they continued to stare at their computer screens. I just left for the third and final time. I was literally the only customer in the place and walked around the showroom for over 30 minutes and was never spoken to by an employee. This is the type of business where you go with your designer and the only contact you'll have with an employee is as you're making your purchase. Don't go expecting to get help if you have questions. read more

Our initial visit to the Sylmar location was pleasant even at the height of the pandemic. The sales rep was helpful and provided the information and samples we requested. We ended up ordering online during the July 4th sale and requested home delivery, because it was a over a 1,000 lbs of tile. That's where things went downhill. Dealing with XPO Logistics (Bedrosians' LA area delivery company) was a nightmare. They failed to show up within their window and didn't bother to call to advise that they were running late. Then they called 3 hours later at 5:30pm on a Friday to ask why no one was home and berate me for wasting their time! We agreed to a new day/window and for their driver to call before heading over so I can have someone there (we're living off site during the remodel). They didn't show up on that Monday. By chance, I went to the house on Tuesday to take a look at some things, and guess who shows up...XPO with the delivery. One of the boxes of Allora tiles had several broken tiles. XPO said that it wasn't their fault and left. So I called Bedrosians to complain about XPO and get replacement tiles. Bedrosians' customer service left much to be desired. I had to keep on top of the customer service rep via calls and emails to make sure things were being addressed. I was finally told that they approved my replacement tiles and a refund of the freight fee and both would go out the following day on August 1st. Because I thought it was taken care of, I put it on the back burner and focused on other to-dos with the project. Now, that my contractor is placing tile, I just realized that I still haven't received the replacement tiles or the refund over a month later! In addition, I called the Sylmar location to confirm the showroom was open until 3pm so I could get 40 Cloe trim pieces for the shower dam and niche (with the Labor Day 25% off deal). Although I was told the warehouse was open until 4pm and the showroom until 3pm, I arrived a few minutes after 2pm and was told they had closed at 2pm. In retrospect, I wish I had gone with a competing tile supplier or local store. But now I am stuck with these tiles, because Bedrosians doesn't accept returns. I am hopeful someone can reach out to resolve these issues and change my opinion of Bedrosians. read more
