He didn't try to rake me over the coals with additional parts and stayed a little extra time while I waited for the vendor's customer service to come on line just in case he could provide additional information. All of the work has been excellent, and the team is both friendly and highly knowledgeable. The recent storms and flooding put my ductless system out of action. They promptly showed up and diagnosed the issue. It turned out that storm weather damaged the electrical circuit outside of the house. This was actually installed by my electrician (also a great resource), Walter Vaughan. Even before I could text Walter for help, they were in touch with him, telling him what they had found .. so we could get it fixed promptly.
