We went a different direction with the job, so this review cannot speak to their work. But I felt the need to leave them a review because of the professionalism of their communication. Stephanie was easy to get a hold of, pleasant to interact with and knowledgeable about their craft. She and Antonio had plenty of helpful suggestions for the project upon seeing the work site, and offered options as to how we could complete certain aspects of the project. It should also be noted, Stephanie was one of the few who distinctly followed up on the job. While it was easier to use a different provider in this case, we will certainly include Modern Tile in the running for future quotes and jobs.

Explained the entire process step-by-step and then did really high quality work. Our grout and caulking looks like new and all soap scum was completely removed from the tiles. He also extended our grout to cover our separate tub, which was a nice plus. Josh was very friendly and efficient. Also, Kyle was very responsive in getting us the estimate, very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them for any grout or caulking work and would definitely use them again when repairs are needed.

He referred me to Tile Liquidators in Roseville (also a great experience) and even when we decided to change our mind from LVP and go with Revwood laminate there wasn't any problem. Paul sent me photo updates constantly, and completed the work quickly but meticulously! He always left the house perfectly clean after working. So I had high hopes that the cleaning service would be excellent given the good start so far as well as the glowing reviews on Yelp and near 5 star rating. The cleaning itself was fine and her team of two cleaners were on time. However I had two issues. Her team of cleaners had completely missed cleaning baseboards in the master bathroom and also did not dust off some of the door handles not a big deal. The biggest issue was that when they had cleaned the stainless steel stovetop and my stainless steel sink, they had used some sort of an abrasive brush which left many scratches on a practically new stovetop and new sink. The sink and stovetop look damaged now. The stovetops lettering and brand logo is also peeling off due to the abrasive brush or cleaning tool they used. Stainless steel should only be cleaned using a soft sponge/brush and cleaning should be done with the grain. Not sure if I would use them again because of this.

I was still receiving cold air but there was a musty smell. Thank goodness I found Miller and Stacey came out a few hours later. After he checked my unit he said the refrigerant was only down a lb and everything else was working fine. He suggested to replace the lb of refrigerant with a sealant and run the unit on the coldest setting for two hours. The musty smell was gone!! Stacey even told me that if the unit should have problems in the future he would apply what I paid him towards a new AC. WOW, what other company would offer that? Stacey never tried to sell me a new unit, he was very honest and reliable. Thank you for saving me thousands of dollars . You are the best!
