Explained the entire process step-by-step and then did really high quality work. Our grout and caulking looks like new and all soap scum was completely removed from the tiles. He also extended our grout to cover our separate tub, which was a nice plus. Josh was very friendly and efficient. Also, Kyle was very responsive in getting us the estimate, very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them for any grout or caulking work and would definitely use them again when repairs are needed.

First step, Jonathan (owner) performed a "weep drain service" to the shower floor weep drains. This service is described in their website. After this service, I noticed my tile shower floor dried quicker and floor grout didn't turn black. Then on a later date, their able technician, Jose, cleaned and polished my glass shower doors (removed haze too), professionally cleaned my shower and bathroom floor tiles and grout, recolored all my grout per my color choice after Jose provided three samples on my actual grout (my grout was previously uneven in color due to ingrained dirt and fading), dried the areas, then applied protective grout seal. My shower and floors look better than ever after this service. I highly recommend this service and their quality techniques and workmanship - especially before tile and grout gets too unsightly or damaged, and before considering a tear-out.

Make sure you read your estimate before they come out to do the work because the floor of the shower was not even written up as being anything that needed to be fixed. That's where the grout needed to be fixed. The estimate was $458. All they did was caulk and steam clean and the person couldn't do anything with the grout because it wasn't on the estimate. But they call themselves the grout medic. I wouldn't use this company again. And then when I called to discuss this with Amy, she was not available as she's out doing estimates and Jerry the person who answered the phone was very rude. Not customer orientated at all if you're not calling for just an estimate. They become a whole different animal after that. We are going to have an actual tile person finish the job.

We had a 9:00am appointment which we were ready for, but this time they not only did not show up, they never bothered to call! I called their office and they just said the rep was out in the field. I guess they have a ton of projects and can completely ghost repeat customers without worrying about their reputation. Either way, there is no way we would refer this company to anyone! They have no concept of customer service.

They had to replace all of the LVP due to warping, which I was pleasantly surprised they offered to do at no charge. Still had install issues (someone forgot to take out an old screw from the concrete and it was causing warping also) but they fixed that as well. Some problems but they took care of everything, which I'd normally give a 4 star review for however, I'm subtracting a star due to their terrible and very poorly managed scheduling department. This is how scheduling works: You call in to make an appointment, it's always voicemail. 100% of the time no matter what. A message that says "we're very busy" plays. They call you back the same day if you call before 1pm and the next day if after 1pm (though this is not always followed). If you miss their return call, which most people due because we're all adults and have jobs, they leave you a voicemail and then you have to do that over and over and over and over again until you happen to be sitting by your phone with the ringer turned on when they call. This is the dumbest system I've ever encountered and there is no possible way a flooring company could always be so busy that they can NEVER answer the phone. I mean, I can even get through to DMV before this place. It's very frustrating especially when you've already paid for a service. Four stars for install and repair. Two stars for scheduling. Three overall.
