He checked everything and found out it was only the old thermostat. He quoted us the price on the spot, but told us that we could save money if we bought the new thermostat and he would put it in for us. We ordered the new one on Amazon while he was here to make sure it was compatible. We paid for the service up front and he came back the next morning, installed it and helped me get all the smart features set up. He never pressured us into buying anything or "upsell" anything to us. Both times Christopher arrived even earlier than the time we were given, and he had called to make sure we were ready and ok for him to come. We were very pleased with their service and will use them in the future for our HVAC needs.
