First issue - they scheduled an appointment without even contacting my husband or I to see if the time worked. When I was finally able to connect with someone from their team I was greeted with aggression, because I had legitimate questions. For example: I was repeatedly cut off, told they are so busy they don't personally communicate with any customers, which I find odd, when I asked that we schedule a different window, as my husband works nights and sleeps during the day - she got more upset and aggressively asked, "does your husband need to be home??" Well, no duh, you just told me we have to be home! Then I was yelled at and told "you chose to use a home warranty and not pay for this out of pocket so you have to follow our rules!" When all I did was try to understand how it worked with this company. Im a renter and would personally never use a home warranty. I know exactly how they operate!!! Cheapest repair and zero integrity. I've seen it for YEARS in my industry and can't imagine the HVAC side is any better. What boggles my mind the most is - people purchase home warranty's for issue like this. If you're going to bully and speak down to them for using them - I think you're in the wrong line of work. I will admit at the end of our call after being bullied for 10 minutes and told that I had an attitude repeatedly - I lost it and did get an attitude. I'm sorry your receptionist had to answer my call today. She should really try to answer with kindness instead of irritability.
