We hired One Touch Cleaning to get help us get our home ready for guests and a big BBQ. Judy and her helper Heaven did an incredible job cleaning our home. I've never had a cleaning service be so thorough. My husband and I were really blown away by the quality of their work. The floors, baseboards, countertops, showers, toilets, shutters, bookshelves, and the faces of all our appliances are spotless. Judy even cleaned the sink dish that holds our sponges! I don't think our house has ever been as clean as it was when Judy and Heaven were finished. Judy keeps me sane. Her cleaning every other week leaves my place clean and she always asks if everything is clean to my liking before leaving. We communicate via text which is convenient for both of our schedules, and payment is easy via Zelle. Coming home to a clean home at the end of the week is really a gift to myself. I'm glad we found Ms Judy. I've been using her company for the last 8 months. So having used her before and during the pandemic I know how she pays attention to details and safety. When she arrives at my house, she's on time or she has communicated any late arrivals. Once she's here. She comes in and greats my family and ask me if there are any areas for concerns or areas I want her to pay more attention too... (with two small boy children - it's always the bathroom. Sorry Ms Judy ). She is always communicating what she's doing. She tells me that she's moving upstairs, or that the bathrooms are done and available for use. (As I make sure that we aren't in her way while she's cleaning. ) Since the pandemic started. She arrives with a mask and gloves on and once here. I retreat to the garage as to minimize contact. She cleans well. My bathrooms and kitchen are always shinning once she leaves. I'm thoroughly pleased with her service. The only negative thing I could say is, I wish she did more! I wish I could pay her extra to clean out the oven... the dishes I don't mind. I just load my own dishes.... but I understand why. I spoke with them on the phone and before I could even get into costs, I was given a list of what they will NOT do, including cleaning the refrigerator, wiping inside the cabinets, windows, etc. I have an Airbnb and it is essential my house is spotless. To start off a conversation listing what you will NOT do does not inspire confidence in the customer. I have never had a cleaning service who will not clean the fridge or, for an extra charge, wipe the inside windows or inside cabinets. It is very possible that One Touch House Cleaning is excellent - but they do not provide the services that I need as an Airbnb owner. read more

Because she had an intense desire to make sure I was a very satisfied customer, and her knowledge about how to clean all the surfaces in the loft I'd been renting was exceptional.
