Since this was our first cleaning, we didn't catch the policy when booking, and we were traveling over the weekend, so we couldn't have addressed it immediately anyways. Still, the company showed no willingness to make an exception or correct the issue. For the price charged, I expected a much higher level of quality and accountability. One of the bathrooms was regularly used by an elderly relative, and since they passed away I've tried cleaning it on my own and just given up in frustration. It's a sunken tile tub that had a few years of soap scum and hard water crud layered on. Abby and Fred worked diligently on it with serious tools, cleaners, elbow grease and patience on one of the hottest days of the year. It looks wonderful now.
