The company sent me a detailed checklist outlining what would be included, but many of those items were not completed. Even the trash was not taken out, despite trash removal being listed as part of the service. There was still trash left in the trash cans and underneath the couch. I also found dirt and debris underneath the couch that clearly had not been cleaned. The inside of the refrigerator and the cabinets were also not cleaned, even though I understood those areas to be included in the detailed cleaning I purchased. The bathroom was one of the main areas I specifically asked to be detailed, and even that was not completed to the standard I expected. There were still areas with visible dirt and buildup. The bedroom also required very little cleaning, yet it did not appear that the detailed services were actually performed there either. I was home during the cleaning, so I personally observed that some of these areas were not being addressed. That is particularly frustrating because the service was marketed as a detailed cleaning, not simply a quick surface-level cleaning. If you are going to charge nearly $300 to clean a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom, the services advertised should actually be completed accordingly. When I contacted them about the issues, I was offered the option of having someone come back and redo the cleaning. I declined because I am not comfortable having someone else return, and I cannot afford to take another afternoon off to accommodate another cleaning appointment. I requested a partial refund instead because I paid for services that were not fully provided. I would strongly recommend carefully reviewing exactly what is included in the service before booking and making sure you document the condition of your home afterward. Based on my experience, the quality of the cleaning did not justify the nearly $300 price.

The cleaning crew arrived at 9:00 a.m., and by 1:00 p.m. they informed me that only about 50% of the home had been completed and that they needed an additional $600 to finish the job. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was effectively left with no choice. At that point, half of the house had already been cleaned, leaving me to either pay the additional $600 or have the company walk away with the job unfinished. As the owner of a property management company, I found this business practice extremely concerning and unprofessional. If the scope of work was underestimated, that should have been identified before the work began, not after the customer is already committed. In my opinion, this pricing approach feels misleading and unethical. I would strongly encourage others to get all pricing and expectations in writing before hiring this company.

They didn't clean out the inside of the refrigerator at all - no wiping of the fridge and they literally left a bell pepper behind which subsequently rotted and was covered in mold. They left dirt and debris inside cabinets and drawers. Stains around the toilet. Overall complete disappointment and the unit did not feel cleaned. I texted Tlamani Cleaning to confirm that their cleaning service included inside the refrigerator and cabinets/drawers - they confirmed yes - so I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested them to return to finish the job. They refused to return saying that they completed the job in full, but that her team would "receive a warning". If you're acknowledging that the quality was bad enough to warrant a warning, and you previously said that your "work was guaranteed" - then why not return to complete the job?? So now I'm stuck cleaning the unit myself and will never rely on this company again. I highly recommend NOT hiring this company because they will not complete the job or guarantee their work.
