Our hygienist Tiffany was very sweet, took time to build rapport, education on dental care, AND she even gave me advice to rid my baby of her pacifier. This is the stuff I LOVE, the extra mile is so important, and even more so with kids. This is the only cleaning my son didn't cry...this is HUGE for me. It typically is a fight to get a kid to be still during a cleaning. Dr. Sheridan Bunch...she lives up to her name. She gave a bunch of her time. Did fluoride treatments, gave more invaluable dental advice and she even referred us to a good adult dentist, Dr. Bill Robbins. Looking forward to seeing him in the future. :D I felt so special when we walked out and there was a welcome sign for August and Esmé. Due to inclement weather, the office called and postponed the appointment an hour before the procedure was scheduled. The appointment was rescheduled for August 11. The Appointment was at 10:30. I was late getting my daughter there by about 20 minutes. The office staff informed us we could not be seen because we were late. We live an hour away from the office. Even leaving a little earlier to combat traffic, it doesn't always help. Due to us showing up late they canceled her procedure and said we have to pay the $339 all over again to reschedule. No where on the paperwork that is signed does it say anything about showing up late, it just talks about canceling the appointment. Happy Pediatrics stole $339 from my family because we were late. Money that was supposed to be for a medication she did NOT receive. I requested a call from the office manager but apparently the office manager only works when they want to because every time I followed up she was not at work. It has been well over a month and I never received a call to resolve this. Please be careful when using this practice. Dr. Manny was always amazing with my girls and we had been seeing him for 8 years. Apparently patient dedication does not matter to this facility. Happy pediatrics please update your paperwork to reflect that your patients money will be stolen if they show up late.

Its June 2025 and i yet to have any work done, root canal, tooth extraction etc and haven't been able to file with my insurance hundreds of dollars in costs .
