With his bee suit on he took apart what was needed and removed very large honeycombs that were filled with larvae. The bees were building up their numbers for a very large colony. There were a few honeycombs that had honey in them which my family and I are thoroughly enjoying. Dominique was extremely kind and patient answering my many questions about the bee world. Here we go. I'm all about being fair when a company legitimately reaches out after a poor experience or review. Prior to posting my review, a representative Yelp messaged me and offered a discount for the inconvenience. I already lined up another company at the same price as the proposed discount, so I declined. Julio, one of the supervisors, left me a voice message apologizing and said he'd like to make this right. He mentioned the 1 star review stating that's not who they are and that they'd like the opportunity to show me. Julio, without me asking, said they'd take care of the wasps at no charge, just to instill my confidence in the company. Jared showed up and knocked out the small hive within 10 minutes of arrival. They humanely remove bees but wasps, not unless requested. He sprayed and said they have a 30 day warranty. Why didn't I go with a 5? Because I started at a 1. We called them Bee Green out to remove some bees. They blocked the holes to the hive, and charged $300. They told us that there was a warranty. Within a week the bees were back. It took several days to get them to come and look at the bees, and when they did they said that they $300 repair was never going to work. I suggested to them that if that was the case, they perhaps shouldn't have charged me $300. They said that they did tell me that, and that as a gesture of good will they would knock $150 off the price of a full removal (but they would not repair the wall after). That seemed unacceptable, and I asked them to leave. I'd really like my $300 back, but they don't seem to stand by their guarantees. read more

I needed immediate service to remove a few wasp nests before our kids birthday party. Angie was kind on the phone and told us $125 for up to 10 nests. They scheduled for Saturday morning. Then I got a call from the tech, Christian, to say he couldn't make it on Saturday which freaked me out a bit as now it was late Friday and I had to now start over finding someone. I found someone to come Saturday afternoon but then Christian called back and said he would add me to his day (Friday) early evening. He was a totally serene and chilled guy. Took care of the nests. Only thing was we found a total of 6 or 7 nests (tiny to decent size) and I had only seen 3 or 4. He said my quote of $125 was for those 3 or 4 but he would do the others at no extra charge. I didn't mention that I was told the $125 was for up to 10 nest removals. I gave him a tip anyway just for coming out that day. He doesn't kill the wasps, just removes them. There is residue left on the eaves of my house where the nests were so he doesn't clean it... just removes. Bummer as hard to get a ladder long enough to get up there to clean but can't ask for too much! At least safe to have the kids party. I would recommend them. read more

We have used Bee Green for a few years now. This most recent removal was of a hive that was in our neighbors' cinderblock wall and had clearly been there for a long time. We are currently doing a lot of work in and around our house and we decided to clear our hillside because the growth was out of control. Even though the bees were intrusive before we cleared out the brush, they became a serious problem with nothing between us and them. Bee Green came out, cleared out the hive with minimal damage to the wall, sprayed to deter them from coming back and then sealed up the wall. About a week later, we started noticing that the bees were starting to grow in number and there was fairly high activity at the wall again. Julio came out, found the bees had found a new entrance in our other neighbors' fence and were trying to take up residence. He was able to remove them, spray the pheromone spray, and again repair the wall. Our landscaper's workers alerted us about a beehive near the area they were working at. I looked for a company that would would safely relocate the bees without harming them. I found Bee Green and the lady I spoke with was nice and she sent someone the next day. Jack came in, ON TIME and TOOK THE TIME to explain how it works, as well as explain the bees behaviors. He said that he can either relocate the beehive or for us just wait until these bees move. NO PRESSURE WHATSOVER. Because we had workers in our property, I opted for him to have them relocated.
