It's been 5 years and we've had plenty of people up in our attic since Rodent Masters completed our job and any time someone goes up there, I beg them to check and double check to ensure there are no rodent droppings. During this time, we have not heard a peep in the attic which is a complete 180 from what we were hearing before - it always sounded like the rats were having a party up there in the middle of the night. The process took about a month from start to finnish because the first thing they do is cover and patch all holes or entrances up so that nothing can get in (or out) and not just outside of the house but inside the attic and inside every single area from within the house. It's a LOT of work but they did it very well. Then, they came back and, in our case, because things were so bad, they sucked out all of the insulation and then reinsulated the entire attic with much higher quality material than what had been removed. Then they came back on final time to ensure there was no activity. So, I have no reason not to continue recommending Rodent Masters and I have for the last 5 years. I do think I will contact them soon though just to have someone do a walk around to ensure there are no new holes that have developed since they were last here. Highly recommend and I'm glad to see that the reviews continue to be outstanding since the one I gave 5 years ago!

I asked them today to just come down to inspect my screens and was alerted that there is now a charge. I was always aware, that they can do nothing about exterior rats, so that's not the issue. I went with this company due to the lifetime guarantee and the annual free inspections. They changed the rules. While this company does a good job sealing, paying almost $5,400for a one time fee visit only is exorbitant. I'm sure other companies do just as good a job much cheaper. Any other visits after that were employees to inspect traps and remove whatever was in it. Please look around before you pay good money for a rat issue.
