We had a wasp nest on our balcony and wanted it removed humanely. I reached out on Yelp and Fernando offered to stop by the next morning. When they arrived, they explained what would happen step by step. They used butterfly nets to catch all of the wasps, and they waited around for any stragglers to return to the nest. Afterward, they removed the nest and sprayed the area with a wasp repellent. A few days later, we had 2 new wasps starting to build another nest on our balcony. I contacted Fernando, and they sent someone to remove the additional wasps at no charge. I was told they relocated the wasp nest in the wilderness near their home, and they kept the wasps together until the babies were born. I'm so happy with the service we received. On a Saturday afternoon, we noticed what we thought may be a bee hive under the eaves of our roof at the front of the house. But in looking at it closely and trying to tap it with a long stick, it looked like a wasp nest. After calling a few places, we connected with Fernando. He asked the size of the hive/nest, which was about the size of an orange. He was straight forward on the call on pricing: $150 for the first removal and said they'll usually be more around the house and they'll do a visual inspection. For each additional they find, it'll be $25. He managed to get a technician out within an hour, as they were finishing up another job. The technician sprayed foam and scraped off the hive/nest. Then he walked around the entire perimeter of the house checking for more. And sure enough, there was another hive/nest being formed on the other side of the house and a smaller one at the very inner top of our garage roof eaves. The technician got a ladder and got rid of both. The technician also said to keep an eye out if we see 4-5 wasps flying around and to call them. They'll do a follow up service, complimentary. He also recommended to do visual checks and if caught early enough and small enough, hosing it down can get rid of it. Grateful for the quick response and honest pricing. read more

Fernando responded promptly and answered any questions I had. It was easy to set up an appointment and they came out promptly! COMPLETION OF JOB: There were two hives that needed to be removed. Fernando and his team used a thermal camera to locate the hives to see how big they were. They removed the hives and sealed the areas so bees would not return. They do not repair or paint. Fernando anticipated having to cut out a piece of the plywood/roof, and it was possible that a hole would be left behind, which would have to be patched by someone else. However, his team cut and was able to replace the plywood and seal it. CLEANLINESS: The team arrived and prepped the area. After completion, the team swept and washed the area. I saw some residue honey/liquid and contacted Fernando and he sent a team member the same day to clean it! PROFESSIONALISM: Fernando was prompt, polite, and provided me with his business license and liability insurance when requested (required for HOA to approve vendors). It had been a few years since Fernando had come out to our property, but when we noticed dozens of bees clustering around the underside of our shed, I knew it was time to call Fernando. I texted him on a Sunday, he responded immediately, and he came out the very next morning! It turned out we had a nest the size of a basketball under our shed, but Fernando quickly and efficiently (and humanely) removed the bees to be relocated elsewhere, and physically dug out the remains of the hive.
