Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers. As former PBX operator, agents have excellent "how to speak with customers training". Monthly fee and initiation fee is expensive, but I find they repond within 20 seconds? The two piece system: You speak through a daily charged unit, and wear a bracelet or pendant. No phone required for the most expensive wireless unit. Take both with you when running errands. Pros: Immediate response when button or fall detection is triggered day or night. And I'm clumsy so they check in with me every few days. Cons: My pendants low battery has been replaced 3 times over the past year at a cost of $20 delivery fee each time to get my replacement. Website quotes 18 months, yet I've had to send the pendant back to them and get a replacement at least twice over my first year. Pendant has a 3V, not buttoncell type battery.
