Because I had such an incredible experience with Brooke Eversoll and her team at Bee studios (2 separate whole home remodels and a full bath), I knew I had to get her on board for a full custom home build. Brooke has always listened to our points of view, even when my husband and I had different ideas, and was able to marry the two without sacrificing quality or style. We have never been shy about using color and texture, and we knew we did not want a boring, cookie cutter house. From start to finish she was part of the design and conceptualization, helping us select a builder and taking us to providers to select materials, lighting, appliances, etc. My favorite thing about working with Brooke and Bee Studios is that because they listen, I don't have to be overwhelmed with design choices. I requested for services and a quote for an empty/ brand new home office design. But they told me they can't provide services because they're all booked up. I told I can wait if necessary. But then they're response was they don't provide services to Apollo Beach area, which is incredible because it's less than 30miles and takes less than 40 minutes to get here from their main offices. I provide them a Bad review because this experience tells customer this is not a solid business, nor have a business vision. read more

I knew she was in high demand, and because my home is 45 minutes away from downtown, I knew it was a long shot. Nevertheless, I contacted her to see if there was a way she could help with my project. We had a delightful conversation, but she explained that to take on a small job at such a great distance, regrettably it was not possible for her small business. I hired Bee Studios to design a new kitchen, combining several spaces (dining room, wet bar, kitchen) into one big space. After we started working on the project, I decided I would also like to include an addition to my older home with a bathroom, laundry room, and bedroom. Bee Studios Design did a fantastic job coming up with just the right materials and layout. They had great ideas about how to improve the flow in my kitchen while opening everything up and making it bright and airy. We contracted with Bee Studios months ago to help us with our new condo. Brooke said she was so busy that we needed to pay a $5000 non-refundable fee to reserve a spot on her calendar. We did that, but when that time came, she seemed to always be too busy to work on our project, and all the deadlines she had laid out in the contract were slipping and slipping. She has had staff leaving and it isn't clear why. We finally gave up and terminated the contract (and started all over again with a new decorator) and now we are arguing over the deposits we paid her that we want back. She even wanted to keep a $15,000 deposit on the purchase of "materials over $150,000" when we didn't purchase any materials at all! Please be very careful if you choose Bee Studios! read more

Do not use this company. They will take your money and do nothing then try to keep thousands and thousands of unearned dollars when you tell them you are going another direction because they never respond to emails or calls. Horrible service and then effectively steal your money, and now I have to get a lawyer to see what I can get back. read more

They are the worst. You would like when you spend over 150k on a remodeling of a kitchen that you would get superior service. Not at all. Brooke, the owner, is lazy, unresponsive and uninformed. She has no attention to detail and have no focus on customer service. I'm short, 7 months after our kitchen remodel started, it is still unfinished and we are left to our own devices. Brooke has been paid so she is pretty much told us it is our responsibility to work with all the suppliers and subcontractors to finish the work at our own expense. This is even after we paid for it. I could provide you with 20 things that she had screwed up on. From failing to order key pieces, to not ensuing subcontractors have to skills to do the job to a simple lack of responsiveness. Her worst quality is that she takes responsibility for nothing. The company she hired to put in our appliances doesn't put on cabinet door fronts and in fact often times comes in and tries to remove or replace appliances that aren't even part of the plan. Brooke's response...not my problem. Stay clear of this business. There are plenty others that have great review and an owner who actually believes in customer service. read more

This was my second time working with Brooke and her team at Bee Studios! This time, Brooke and team did an amazing job decorating and furnishing multiple rooms in my home, including my living room, dining room, kitchen, mud room, office, and bedroom. She captured my vision even when I didn't even know what my vision was -- "casual elegance." I wanted my home to be decorated tastefully and stylishly but I still wanted it to feel comfortable and accommodating for my family! Brooke was able to (over)deliver. We worked together during a challenging time when there were many delays due to the pandemic, and not only was it worth the wait, but Brooke and her team handled it very professionally and were very consistent with updates and offers to switch things out that were taking too long. Brooke has such a great eye for design and incorporated some really wonderful elements that took the design to the next level.
