Got my nails done two days ago and they look horrid. There's black spots all over them. The tips are all messed up and even though I asked her to fix them, they are filed unevenly. I have to go get them fixed bc they look so ridiculous. UPDATE: Owner asked me to call and explain what happened. After telling me "doesn't sound like something any of my technician would do" I gave her enough info to prove that I wasn't lying. She said she would talk to the technician and give me a refund. She later said it wasn't her policy to give refunds and stopped responding to correspondence. Not sure why she lied and promised something she couldn't follow through on. But this speaks volumes about this business. Lack of accountability and lying isn't going to get you anywhere long term. HORRIBLE business. read more

Do NOT go to this nail salon. The nail tech tried to pry off my glued-on nail with a fake nail, slicing my finger in the process. When I complained, she rudely said, "Being a woman is pain." There is paper that is on display at their window that states $35 is for short nails and I corrected the lady that charged and she mentioned that's for filling. Thinking about it now, a fill in is filled at the end of the nail not the tip of the nail. I really liked coming here because it was near by and they did a great job, but I don't think I'll be coming here again. A a DEFINITE no for me and i will not return or recommend. The first red flag should have been when I walked in and most of the work stations are empty no employees! The lady who did my toenails did less than a mediocre job on my feet. Quick and hurried not relaxing at all. I did not see her use clean tools after finishing up on the last person. ( I'm praying that I do not get a fungus or infection). She drilled of my polished with a pointy tip and now i have grooves and ridges on my toenails!! After she rushed through my pedicure she went to get a warm towel and as she walked back she wiped down her arms!! Disgusting. The place is dirty. They had rolls of toilet paper on their carts to use between your toes! The towels that are placed under you feet were cut in half and raggedy and dingy. I would never get my nails done here. I didn't get a name BECAUSE I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Then when it came time to pay my total was $15 extra when I asked why she said gel is $15 for toes I told her I've never been to a shop where gel was more than $10. I did not see it posted anywhere that it is $15. $10 yes I will pay but $15 never. That explains why the shop has no customers. But they have several signs posted stating that they have the right to reuse service. Do better!! read more

Last Time I was here My nails are uneven, they don't even clean under your nails, File them to make sure they are even with your other nails. Was in the market for dip nail and was recommended Bella Nail by a friend. I've been three times, had three different nail technicians, and have had amazing dip nail done by all! Even though I was new to the shop, each time I visited the ladies made me feel like a lifelong friend. Not to mention my dip stayed on for 4 weeks each time which is always a miracle. Bad experience. Obviously times are tough right now. Both on sides consumer and vendor. However, completely unsatisfied with the work I had done on 1/22/21. Gel pedi and dipped mani. First time at Bella. 1/23 had a chip on my right pointer. No big deal wasn't big enough so I just filed it to remove the chip also noticed gel was not holding on to one of my toes and another was a bit lumpy (thought to myself; it's fine not to bad just don't go back). Few days later right middle finger chipped as well. Too big could not file it down. Decided to call one 1/29 and see if they can fix it. Of course they said yes they'll fix it. Went back that day and they fixed my right middle finger and my 2 toes. Now from 1/29-2/1 is the rest of the damage is what you see on my pictures. At this point I'm over it. Not sure if it's the nail tech, material quality or what but I'm taking it as a loss. They do not refund I asked. However they did continue to offer to redo my nails however I obviously see what type of job was done on my hands and I really don't feel like going back every week to get them fixed. I understand a hiccup here and there but not my entire set. read more

Everyone I've interacted with have been so nice and my nails always look phenomenal.The pricing is on par with other salons I have tried. I have been here maybe 2 times before but I tried really hard to like these nails but they're not what I had asked for and the white nails have bumps so I will be going elsewhere today to get them fixed. They did do my daughters nails really cute and where really friendly and nice. When they where shaping and doing my nails some other ladies came in and all three demanded to be attended to at once and where very rude so I think that flustered her. They're also super mean and passive aggressive for no reason. Also when I asked for her to fix my nails, they were so annoyed... like go find a different job then girl. ZERO STARS IF I COULD I am so upset. My first time coming here and first time getting nails since quarantine and my nails are HIDEOUS. I ask for medium to long length, and I get short stubs! They're UGLY as hell! And I'm SO upset. I did not want to pay for these at ALL. I will NEVER come back here again. I told her they were not what I wanted and she ripped them off and told me I could pay for just the pedicure. She had me soak my nails off for an hour and kept telling me "little more little more." the customer service and facility were great however the services I received were definitely poor quality. I got the 40 dollar pedicure (the second to most expensive) and manicure and requested no color so I could see the quality of work. The manicure was mediocre but the pedicure was horrible. My cuticles weren't done or pushed back and i requested cut short twice and still they are long as they only filed them. They didn't clean under my nails or the side of my nail beds at all, they weren't even touched. My heals are still very rough right afterward. I basically paid to have my nails buffed and calves rubbed. I paid and left a15 dollar tip because I am not one to cause a stink but I am very upset with the quality of service I received. I've never even left a complaint for a review ever but this was just shocking to me. read more

When they are not super busy, they can get me in and out pretty quick even without an appointment. Today, I was pleasantly surprised by their new massage chairs! They are light colored so they brighten the space. The controller is conveniently located on the arm rest. The side table has a recessed cup holder so you don't need to worry about your drink sliding off. They are big and roomy. The massage features offers many options and feels ahhhhhmazing!
