The wood you buy is fully seasoned when you buy it, as opposed to the green stuff they sell at local grocery stores. Green wood is smokey, and hard to burn, seasoned wood is dry, and easy to burn. Oak burns easy, hickory burns hotter and longer, I usually get a mix of both. They also sell cherry, apple and other fruit tree varieties as they have it, which can be great for a smoker. They also carry a good selection of wood building supplies, including old style siding.

Subsequently with seeing even more install issues that are solely on Granite & Marble Solutions, they are completely unresponsive and keep kicking the can down the road. Very bad customer service. Pretty clear that they just hope I will go away. It's been very disappointing to have spent the money we did and have all the install issues which permanently impact the quality and look of the stone.
