I eat here often. Monday is Burger Mondays with great burgers made to order. Fish tacos on Tuesday are awesome. The establishment is always clean all the way through to the restrooms. The servers are all friendly and work together. They have virtually everything and anything going on in sports on the TV's constantly playing. Family friendly as well. Nothing was correct, the drinks (2 DIFFERENT BRANDS OF BEER) the entree (2 DIFFERENT CHICKEN DISHES, APPARENTLY ONE HAS TO BE BEEF) and the check (BLAME IT ON THE REGISTER). After that, a girl comes over and apologetically wipes the table and GIVES US MENUS. First time here and I can't say enough good things. Place was great! Very spacious and clean, They have plenty of televisions with different sports. The food was amazing!!! We had the five cheese burger, the blackened shrimp, the taco trio with steak, chicken and shrimp and wings. Well what can you really say about Beef o Brady's. This beefs is a decent one. It's got pretty dang good burgers and the beer is always good, plus they really know how to pour a pint of Guinness. This place is the best Beefs I've been to by far. The food, the wait staff and the layout of the dining area makes other Beefs locations look like taco bell stands in comparison. I actually drive 20 minutes out of my way to visit this Beefs instead of my local restaurant. The cake is fresh, the dressing never tastes odd and the owner actually is himself a regular, which speaks to the quality of the food. If your in the ridge manor area or passing along I75 you should check it out. read more

The service here seriously blows. We waited 15 minutes for any acknowledgement from the wait staff. 30 minutes to get our drinks and there are only 4 other tables around. It's not busy but the wait staff is too busy cleaning tables and talking with their friends dining here than taking care of new customers coming in. The food is not all that great either. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! I went to get dinner for my wife and I to go. While waiting I bought a beer at the bar. At the bar were 5 men, mostly drunk, and yelling and screaming about who they thought should be president in 2020. The men kept asking me, and others including employees, who they were going vote for for president next year. I told them partisan politics has no place in a bar or restaurant and furthermore, who I vote for is none of their business. Than they said I must be a f%*king liberal Democrat, and began calling me names like communist, anti-capitalist, socialist, snowflake and liberal piece of s#*t. The manager watched all of this and did nothing. But than, when I tried to defend myself, he told me I was a trouble maker and said I had to leave. Service was ok with the exception we asked for crispy wings. We received rubber skin almost undercooked wings. We ordered two draft beers which were flat no head. My husband and I normally eat at another Beef's location but we were in the area. The service was very attentive and our food was out pretty quick and I have to say that it was delicious. If it were possible to rate 0stars here I would. As I was applying for a job, during the 15 minute duration of interview #1 I saw two dead roaches and one LIVE ONE! I drew attention to the living one and she SHUT THE DOOR! Like it wasn't her problem. Upon a second interview which I mostly went to out of politeness to decline. I waited in the parking lot until 10 for the scheduled interview #2 upon entering the building i was stopped and told they were closed and had to explain myself before continuing to the back where I waited patiently for anyone to walk by me or for the person in the office doorway to look over and notice me or stop talking for a moment so I could announce myself. After a few minutes she noticed me so I took the opportunity to introduce myself and she said and I will quote "what time is it? it's 10:02 so we don't have an interview. You're two minutes late. this is your best foot forward and we don't want an employee like you" she was so aggressive in her tone and literally pointing a finger in my face I didn't really know how to respond but smile and say "thank you" because I would never want to work for someone that rude, especially in the service industry. I just moved to the area and everyone I've met so far says the drive to the next one is worth it- they won't go to this one. This Beefs is the worst one I've been to. 1. The lady said they had a gluten free menu. She then came back and said sorry, I can't find it. (I found one online, thankfully). 2. I told her I was gluten free, that I wanted a burger, no bun, extra side of lettuce. You know, since they have a gluten free menu they should be aware of the allergy. Well, my burger came out with a bun. When I told her that I had asked for no bun, she stated "can you tell me exactly what you mean?". And I wasn't sure how else to explain it, I didn't think it was a hard concept to grasp. Then she brought it back and one minute later comes out and all they did was take the bun off (again, do they not understand how allergies work?) 3. My husband ordered curly fries, they forgot. No biggie. But when he brought it to her attention, she got very flustered and blamed it on the influx of customers that were there that night (isn't that the point of being open for business? Getting customers? It wasn't as crazy busy as she was making it out to be, either.) 4. They crossed off milkshakes off their menu and mudslides. When I asked why, she stated that they got rid of their blender (seriously?!). Now, I will say that their food was delicious. But the waitress was in a tizzy from start to finish. I felt that i was treated poorly for having an allergy. And the staff just seemed uneducated about food allergies, which if you have a gluten free menu, you should be studied up on it! This location is lacking ambiance. For a sports bar, or any restaurant for that matter, it was far too silent. There was no music or sound from the many televisions, and even though there were about 30 patrons the large room was uncomfortably quiet. two of us went there today and had the cuban sandwich . when it came the bread was so hard we could not bite it. we ate the insides only that consisted of ham one slice of salami one pickle little if any cheese and a mayo and mustard mix. i told the manager a cuban sandwich is made of pork ham 3 slices of swiss cheese pickle slices and mustard. the manager claims they make theirs different . that being the case they should not call it a cuban sandwich. i will never go to a beef o bradys again. read more
