Yesterday our 20 year old and I had a nice lunch. I had the shrimp tacos with fries, and once again, it's a dish I just love. Those pickle onions really add a nice pop. I also reordered the strawberry lemonade basil mocktail. So refreshing.

This was my first time visiting Boosters, and what a great experience! I came with friends for lunch, and we were all impressed with their excellent service and food. There are ample televisions spread around the restaurant, but we also enjoyed the view of the golf course. My burger was prepared just as I ordered (medium) and their sweet potato wedges were crispy and delicious. We noticed there were many diners who were there before us and still enjoying themselves when we left -- Boosters is clearly a neighborhood favorite for enjoying the ambiance, food, and drinks. Our server was very welcoming, and I highly recommend stopping by when you're in the area!

We have been here before, but now a new management group, Sulemann Family Group, is operating the restaurant, we needed to try it. It was a bit warm out, but not so much at-hat we could enjoy a rain storm off in the distance, ant, watching lightning bolts afar and a few golfers drive by was a good choice. Destiney, our server approached and smiled while she asked for beverage order, and off she went to beat the happy hour limit. Of course my soda, needed up being more than the beer my spouse ordered, but I did get free refills. When Destiny returned, she explained a few menu items and i]my wife ordered the glazed salmon and I had fish and chips. They were a little pricey, but when you have a promo coupon, it's all good. The salmon was cooked perfectly with green bean side and mashed potatoes. My fish was lightly battered, with coleslaw, friy slices (potatoes) and tartar sauce. As said before, Destiny bro7my soda refill just as I was finishing the first glass. Nice move. Plenty of tv's in the rest to watch lots of sports, but the patio is a bit quieter and great views of nature.

EDIT: Since I posted this glowing review almost a year ago, the food and service has gone downhill. My Mahi tacos were "finger food sized' that looked like a meal for a hobbit. No chips, no extra sauce. And the worst part: our overworked server seemed to abandon us after we finished. She sheepishly said she'd been taking care of outside tables. It's sad to see a restaurant cut back so much, it's almost like they're asking for people to stay away. Oh....and the "Toast" frequent dining app is no longer accepted. No more!!! I'm taking my dining dollars elsewhere. Near the new neighborhoods of Moultrie Creek and Shady Brook, this sports bar and grill is in a great location poised for huge growth. We chose to sit outside on the soft opening. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The menu is varied with many selections. I had the triple cheeseburger. It tasted awesome. My side salad was perfect. My Wife had the Cobb Salad and became concerned her chicken wasn't cooked enough. She ate the greens out of it and left the rest. I'd prefer my beer come in a chilled mug. It didn't. We plan to return to try other menu items. For a soft opening review, I think they did well.

Tonight's experience was better than visits in the past. While still relatively new and working out some kinks, it is getting better as time goes on. Our men's golf group (approx 18 of us!) enjoyed a dinner with laughs, good service and good food. Candace our server was attentive, patient, friendly all while taking care of our large group and several tables outside. Typical sports bar pub food with several items unique and delicious. Will give this place another try as in the past the service has been hit or miss. Not tonight!

Came here for lunch. Inside the waiting area is "stadium seating" which look really uncomfortable if you have a long wait for a table. Inside Dining area looks a bit small with the majority of the seating Outside and a view of the course. Reservations can be made on their website which are probably recommended as this is a new and only open restaurant in the area. Ordered the Guinness & Bacon Jam Cheeseburger and Tater Tots. I ordered no bun but was clearly ignored and served on a bun also ordered it medium- well and the burger was served medium. The Burger did not have a good texture as it fell apart trying to eat and the Bacon Jam was not good. I would not order this burger again. All the burgers are served with one side even though the menu does not indicate this, my server said that it was omitted at the time the menu was printed and the restaurant did not want to re-print 1000 menus. I would probabley try a different entree next time. Keep in mind this a sport bar type restaurant and not fine dining.

First visit to Booster's located close to Middleton. Friendly staff as we arrived. No wait as it was a late lunch on a Thursday. Sport themed atmosphere. Sat inside since it was a warm day. They do have outdoor seating with a nice view. Something for everyone on the menu. Started with Onion Rings. Delicious! So excited that I didn't get a picture until there was only one left! I chose a Ginger Chicken Chopped Salad. Fresh and tasty. Would definitely order again. Dining companions enjoy the Fish Tacos and the Chicken Sandwich. Service was attentive yet unobtrusive. Will definitely return!

We visited Boosters for the first time on Monday afternoon. The restaurant was clean and the AC was pumping (doing its job in the FL sun). We're hopeful when the water arrived with a twirly pick on the lemon (fancy!). Had the Philly sandwich (8/10) good flavor but not a huge amount of meat. Chicken strips had great crust, fresh, with a slight pickle taste. (Good, but we don't care for pickles.) Star of the meal, sidewinder fries. Would order those again! Service was a bit slow but the server was very kind. Would go again if a group suggested. Want to try their salad and onion rings-looked good on another table. Pro: food fresh and hot Con: slow to get our check after we finished meal *Its the "slow season" here in The Villages, so may be short staffed *When did the auto tip options change to 20%, 25%, 30%? (Or am I just cheap and miss it?) I always tip well but based on service. I don't like being pushed to tip more!!

Had the Monte Cristo which was delicious. The service was excellent and ambience was sports bar atmosphere. Definitely will go back.

I have always found this place to be inconsistent. Often they are understaffed and over worked. This leads to avoidable mistakes.

We ordered the fried green tomatoes. I only wish they were sliced just a tad thinner, but they were tasty nonetheless. My friend got the pork and she had enough for 2 meals. The caked showed, and it did not disappoint decadent and sweet, yet balanced by the tangerine citrus. The reason I came didn't disappoint and my family loved it as well. It was truly an awesome cake, so thank you so much! The service was great as well, very attentive on such a busy day, Chantel made it seem we were a priority. It arrived looking wonderful with nice chunks of turkey. I took a bite and also got some avocado that was very overripe. Took another bite, same thing, and then I realized there was no avocado! The turkey was as soft and mushy as an overripe avocado... it was absolutely disgusting and sickening! The server brought me a new salad made with chicken, instead of turkey & said the manager had been shown my salad. The manager did not bother to come speak with me. I was still upset and worried that I would be getting sick from the turkey, & called today to speak to the manager. He acknowledged that he should have come to the table & claimed there had been nothing wrong with the turkey beyond it had been sitting too long in brine.... I cannot imagine how many days sitting in brine it took to turn chunks of turkey breast into literal mush.

There was just no wow factor in these burgers. Swiss muchroom burger had good flavor, but the burger itself was very small. They tried to hide it in an over sized bun. The bourbon burger had a funny taste, but same small burger. The coldslaw was a joke. Came in a plastic cup, with a lid and the cup was probably 1/3 of a measuring cup. TINY. The special drew me in, but it did not make a repeat customer out of me. $16 for one burger (out of the BOGO timing) is way over priced.
