I 've been at the Beef O Brady's in ridge manor many times. Food has gotten better, but the service sucks! Tall skinny middle aged shaggy and the meatball behind the bar ignore as best they can. I haven't been to this particular location before. Normally we love this chain. We had one in our area and were sad to see it move. This location however it was very disappointing. I had gone in to get a takeout order. A cheeseburger and salad. I decided to have a drink hose waiting on the food. It took 15 minutes to get the bartender to acknowledge that I was even there and then I still had to wait an additional six minutes until he took my drink order. I will say the drink was fantastic. That was not the issue When I got my food, it was a takeout order so I took it back to my hotel. The burger had no condiments. No lettuce, no tomato, and it was overcooked. By then it was too late because I had already left the restaurant and I was starving. All I wanted to do was eat my dinner and relax. So I did not bother taking the order back. The host was extremely friendly and got my order to me as soon as it was complete. The bartender lacked any kind of professionalism. And the food was less than satisfactory. I will visit other locations, but I would be hesitant to ever come back to Brooksville. read more

The last three times have been a disappointment. They get the order wrong, it comes out and it's not cooked all the way, or the meal is cold. Last time I had their pasta dish and I was excited thinking you can't mess up pasta, but it came out wrong, and when they brought it out, it was not hot....twice. I stopped in with a friend on a recent Saturday evening for dinner and had a completely average experience. We arrived and the person who was supposed to be the host yelled from the back of the restaurant to us to "sit anywhere you want". Half of the tables were full and several of the empty ones hadn't been cleaned yet, so our "sit anywhere" was really limited to just a few places. We wanted a booth and there were none clean or open, so we settled on a table. Service was so so. Our server did more talking than anything which got a little aggravating. Food was unimpressive.. I ordered steak and shrimp with broccoli and everything was cold except for my steak, which was hot but also overcooked. Probably won't be back in the area for some time, but when I do come back, I think I'll probably look for someplace else to eat. read more

I had an amazing beef burger; I asked for medium rare and that's what I got! DELICIOUS & FRESH! The Tomato & Basil Soup is AWESOME. In town for a local trail race and wanted to give Beef 'O' Brady's a shot. The entire staff was very friendly with everyone checking in on us. The service was very quick, faster than I expected. I enjoyed my Long Island iced teas. The mozzarella sticks were great. I really liked the five cheese burger I got though I wish the burger was a little bigger. I also enjoyed the mozzarella stick on top of the burger. The curly fries were fresh and delicious though I would mind a larger portion of fries. My wife enjoyed her margarita and chicken wings. Since there's not much else in this area, I plan on coming back here after my race. Because of this location I will look for this restaurant when visiting other areas but the expectations will be high after this visit. Definitely would recommend this to anyone visiting the surrounding areas. read more

We order from here often and I have to say that it's always up to our standards! We've only had a problem one time and the owner was quick to fix it. We were on Bike Florida ride and needed a place to eat while we watched the NCAA basketball games. I yelped "Sport Bars" near me and this came up. I was a little hesitant based on other reviews and the look of the center it was in but it was close and had lots of TV's. The inside is much nicer than the outside would indicate and we were promptly greeted and seated. Our waitress was great! After a long day pedaling I needed a salty greasy treat - fried pickle chips sounded perfect. They came quickly and were really good - served very hot with a nice crunchy but not overwhelming coating and good dill pickle you could actually taste (lots I have had use very bland pickle or too much coating & you taste no pickle). They were not too greasy as well. To offset my appetizer choice I ordered the grilled chicken Greek salad. It was huge. The chicken had been marinated then grilled - it was moist and flavorful. It was on a pile of crisp lettuce and lots of feta, olives, cucumbers and tomatoes. My wife had the Southwest chicken salad and was pleased - very solid in her view, presented nicely in a huge tortilla bowl. Net better than expected - would indeed go back. read more

Great food, clean restaurant and great service from Melaine. Highly recommend the chicken wrap and the Buffalo chicken salad.

This past Friday, following my Mom's Memorial Service, we had about 40 people at this restaurant. The staff was awesome... We had all separate checks, family not all sitting together, people swapping seats.... The wait staff was upbeat, helpful and very efficient. Food was good, and delivered in an efficient and timely manner. The wait staff always had a smile on, and Curt was kind and made sure we had everything.
