Went there today with my step daughter we ordered the buffalo chicken dip as an aPpetizer when they brought it to the table my 9 year old said it looked like vomit which it did I said well maybe it Taste better than it looks... nope it wAs horrible so I asked if we could just get some queso dip and we would just keep the chips it was another waitress that saw me looking around when she brought me the cheese dip I said I'm sorry it just taste bad she replied don't be sorry I don't even know what that is it looks gross! So when the cheese dip came out it looked like mayonnaise tasted nothing like chEese dip. Ok so we get our food she got the kids chicken quesadillas she wouldn't even eat it it was cold dry and tasted like it was smoked nothing to dip it in. I ordered the burger ordered it med rare it was well done and dry no flavor. What a waste of my money! read more

I have been here several times (the owners are neighbors and great local citizens) and have never had a memorable meal. But the service is always good and the place is very clean and welcoming. Last evening I went in to share a chicken wrap and a have a toddie with another neighbor. The drink - a margarita, and it was average. But we got it quickly and it was very refreshing on a hot evening. Our wrap was fresh and hot. The fries were great. I do not like sauces served in little plastic cups. It is lazy and cheap and also makes me wonder about its date and origin. For 2 booze drinks and a sandwich that was more than enough food for two the tab was less than $20. A "neighborhood" place to go. The food is usually decent. The service, however, is always pretty poor. We have been countless times with many different servers, so it's not like this review is based on one experience or one person. LOVE THIS PLACE! Such a good place to eat and has such great service. Managers are great, and so so sweet in giving back to the community.

Arrived and didn't get served for over 15 minutes even though multiple waitresses seen us come in. Had to wave down a waitress to then let us know who our waiter was (13 year old boy) who took our drink order, brought them within three minutes then disappeared for another 15 minutes to finally take our order. Food came within 10 minutes meanwhile the manager was going table to table asking how service was and skipped our table. Food was decent but definitely need to improve on service and need to properly train staff. Will not be coming back! read more

The food was excellent!! Service was fast and the server was real friendly and great!! I gave 4 stars because I know how the restaurant business goes and serving. I had two kids that ordered chicken tenders with fries, the server asked if they wanted dipping sauce and I just said no. But someone at the table got bbq sauce and they tasted it and lived it so I asked the server if they good get bbq sauce when she delivered the food. She charged for the small dipping sauce of bbq sauce for the kids chicken tenders. And I asked why was I charged and was told since I said no when she asked she had to ring it up for the kitchen and it charged. Again I know how ringing things up and so on... this was ridiculous to be charged for every little thing is not good business!!! The point is not the money it's that since I said no and then yes I was charged, since she had to ring it up for the kitchen to give it to her! So I would suggest making condiments for this tumble of situation in the system as a zero charge so it's still accounted for but won't get this crazy reason from a server on why they was charged because they didn't say yes the first time!! I told my family about this and we all laughed!! Hey but you better believe the food was great and I will make sure I just say yes even though I am not sure next time!! Lol stay safe and stop charging your costumers for dipping sauce for chicken tenders!! Geez read more

I've only been twice and it was just ok. They seem to be understaffed. When we were there service was very slow. Food is ok but I dont think I'll waste my time going back. Their main concern was the Bar.... we went on a Friday afternoon and there was only one server... they need more options on the menu. Not a very comfortable atmosphere. read more

I stopped by for the Famous Waterson Sandwich. I was greeting by Caroline within thirty seconds of sitting down to my table. Caroline was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I was a bit disappointed to learn the Waterson sandwich has been replaced with the Prime Rib Waterson sandwich. I gave the new sandwich a try. I was very disappointed because the prime rib was very dry and over salted. I do not blame the franchise owner for this new Waterson not being a good sandwich, but place the blame squarely on Beef O'Brady's corporate office. My side order of fries was outstanding. The fries were fresh, hot and freshly cook. Great job to the kitchen staff. The wait staff and the kitchen staff made this visit a good experience. I am plan on taking my compliant about Beef O'Brady's changing a great sandwich, like the Waterson, to a mediocre, at best, sandwich. Because of the great service, I recommend this Beef O'Brady's. read more

Not as family friendly as you might think. No changing table in the men's restroom, so I had to be the one to change my kid's diaper even though my husband was perfectly capable and willing to do so, which is not such a big deal... I mean, I can change a diaper, but it's the principle of the thing. When I asked to speak to a manager so I could mention that maybe this is something they should think about upgrading, she walked up to within 4 feet of me and was greeted by someone who was clearly a personal friend. Then she turned her back to me to start up a personal conversation while I stood there next to the bar with a baby on my hip. I try to have patience for a lot of situations, but poor customer service when someone is clearly already trying to address a problem with you is not one of them, especially from a manager who should be able to say "oh hi, so good to see you! I'll be right back." Left feeling like I'd been back in time to when women were expected to care for children and keep their mouths shut. read more

This is another one of those greasy food places...but they do have some decent choices, just make sure you have brought your tums. They have a burger served with a Guiness sauce that is mighty tasty. The tacos were OK, but they only came with one tiny container of premade salsa. NOT OK! Come here for appetizers(so-so) and beer (yay!)for a game. I love this place! The staff and the food is fantastic! You can always request that any one of the 26 televisions be changed to your personal liking. There are also many different food options.
