We have been going to this location since it opened. It has seriously gone downhill since new ownership. Today we got two crispy chicken sandwich sandwiches with buffalo sauce and a steak sandwich. All three came with fries. The crispy sandwich is putting understatement. It was so crispy you couldn't even eat half of it because it was that burnt the fries. My husband's had like five curly fries. Mine was nothing but a bunch of burnt pieces. My son steak sandwich was a well done when it was supposed to be medium rare. If you want a spot to just sit drink beer and watch sports then this is great if you're looking to go somewhere to do that and eat go somewhere else. read more

By far the best-looking Beef's I've visited in the area. This place looks amazing. Super clean and up-to-date. Food was typical Beef's food. My wife tried the Cuban and liked it. I had wings and fries. I should have asked for them wet because it was like they cooked the wings, put them on the plate, and dumped a little sauce on them. Definitely, didn't seem like they tossed them in sauce. I found myself rubbing the wings on the plate just so they'd have some sauce. Overall service was good. read more

I placed an order to go . When I got the order home I had only received 8 boneless wings instead of 10. The 8 I did get were dry and little . The fries I got were raw . Not just cold but raw . I called to complain and the worker advised the manager would call me back . Of course she never called me back. I called corporate twice with no response and also emailed them as well with no response. This is unacceptable. I would say don't waste your money . There are a lot better options. read more

This location is under new management. They remodeled the interior which looks great! But the food is GOD AWFUL. We ordered wings and salad to go. When we got home the wings were like eating cardboard, the lettuce was wilted, very little topping and the portion was rediculous. I felt like they were sending me a message to decrease my portions! I was there in Zephyrhills Florida on December 1 2024. I ordered a hamburger with three cheeses on it with onions. There was only one cheese on it very few onions. They charg 90 cents for adding onions. I was never charged for onions in a restaurant before. My burger was over done. I ordered it medium well. I will never go back again. We have been going therereligiously for about 3 years. This was our go to place. When new management took over about 6 months ago, things started to look up. We'll that lasted about 6 weeks. The last couple of weeks have been really bad. It starts at the entrance. Windows dirty, welcome mat is always side-ways and full of dirt, leaves and parking lot debri scattered about the entrance. Not inviting at all. The floors are usually dirty and there's always pieces of food, napkins etc under the booths. Most of the booth seats are ripped and have very little support. When sitting at the tables, you usually have to put a stack of napkins under one of legs to balance it out. The plastic above the booths are frequently dirty with kids fingers, face and handprints. With the exception of a few waitresses, we rarely get exactly what we ordered. Alivia, Ashley, Miranda and Kendal are the exception. So we go last night hoping for an improvement. It was disaster. We arrived around 6: p.m. hoping for both, there were a few available but needed bused. We ended up sitting at table, but after about 10 minutes and no waitress we just got up and left. Now that I've said my piece, until you guys clean this place up, expect similar reviews. I would suggest calling Jon Taffer from Bar Rescue. That might be your only hope. read more

What we got was a loud Bingo game being announced through a poor sounding PA system, slow service, and an Asian rice & chicken bowl with no Teriyaki sauce. I have been going to Beef O Brady's since I was in 5th grade. I remember they used to do fundraisers for Wesley Chapel Elementary School! This visit was great as always! I am such a fan of their wings, but this time I tried one of their salads. I haven't been here in so long I didn't realize they changed their entire menu! They have such a great arraignment of choices! This place is great for large families becaus eof their options. They have wings, burgers, chicken, fish, and anything you could want from a bar type restaurant. I had the Mediterranean chicken salad and it was the freshest salad I've ever had at a restaurant. Usually the lettuce is wilted and almost mushy, but this is the first time I've had lettuce at a restaurant that was crunchy! Not to mention it was filled with olives and pepperocini. So good! I also tried my boyfriends garlic parm wings, they were outstanding!! Overall I will definitely be returning. This is such a great place and not to mention super affordable! Everything is $7-12. I went in around 2 PM on a Monday so maybe that's why it was dead inside. There was a dead body sitting at the bar I'm pretty sure. The booths are shredded so you feel it under your butt, and the bathrooms are kinda nasty. The waitress was nice. She isn't gonna kiss your ass and be overly friendly which is what I like in a waitress. She was just a nice gal who made sure our table was taken care of. However, she did come and take my plate away when I was still picking at it and gave us the check - it was time to go. My real gripe is that the Reuben I ordered had just two slices of corned beef. When I think of a Reuben, it has a thick layer of corned beef in the middle. For a $15 sandwich, I thought I was going to get a more generous serving. It tasted average. I give a 5/10 for the Reuben because it was skimpy on the beef and a tad soggy but the flavor was good so not the greatest but also not the worst. All-in-all, its definitely not as good as I remember Beef O Brady's was during my childhood. Early 2000s Beef of Bradys was its peak. This place was crusty. Hopefully "New Management" gives this location some TLC. Also, the menu reminds me of places like Applebees and Chilis. It seems as if BoBs is struggling and resorted to copying the vibe of those other chains, but it just doesn't hit like it used to. I miss it when they really played up the Irish/green theme. Hopefully the company can rediscover what made them great in the first place. I'll always remember the good times I had there. RIP. read more

This Beef O Brady's is relatively close to my house but usually we go to the one a little bit further by Wiregrass mall. The main reason for this was a few years ago we had mostly negative experiences, including one time where we were seated and never got a waiter or waitress, even after half an hour. (And we even flagged down another waiter about it and they said they'd go find out and we never got one). We ended up leaving that time and never came back until recently. I've been there twice again recently and the experiences were better. Service was decent, nothing to write home about but much better than before. Only minor complaint was that it seems there roof is leaking and when we told them about it they put a bucket under it and didn't move us to another table. Wasn't a huge deal since the bucket seemed to solve it and the apologized about it but I would have preferred if they offered at least. The food is good, I've always liked their curly fries and they have some good specials throughout the week (I got a burger for a very reasonable price). Their normal prices are perfectly reasonable as well. We've gotten a lot more of variety in restaurants recently so we don't go there too often but they are more affordable than a good deal of the other ones in the area. Overall I plan on continuing going to this location just because of it's convenience. I will say that overall I feel like the other Beef O Brady location is slightly better, but these recent experiences have been better so I don't feel like I need to go 10-15 minutes further to avoid them anymore. read more

I have had enough! I come from a very large family of Beefs fans & have family that owns 2 locations which also makes us partial but this location on 54 in Wesley Chapel is the worst! They just don't care & I have wasted money for the LAST time! We have had so many problems with them, that it's been months since we've eaten there but my husband loves the Waterson and my kids all love the wings, so Saturday we placed a to go order & They couldn't even grill the bread on the Waterson! It was the most pathetic $15 sandwich I have ever seen ! Our wings were so soggy that we had to throw them out! It was disgusting and after spending Close to $50 on 3 entrées, I went to glory days and got some good food! I will never go back to either of the Wesley Chapel Beefs locations! This place is shameless!!! Not sure if I am the only one to catch this but this place is ripping the customers off when they purchase the 2/$20 deals. They are charging tax on the appetizer that is included in the meal. The total should be 21.40, but it's not because they are taking the appetizer off of the bill after totaling the check. What's even worse is that the manager this evening, Erin, didn't even understand what the problem was. The only thing she could say was by LAW they had to charge tax, otherwise it is illegal. I did everything I could not to laugh, as her light bulb clearly was running dim. Additionally, we had a coupon for $5 off a purchase of $25 or more. We were told we could not use the coupon because we had purchased the 2/20 deal at our table even though the other two adult meals, drinks and appetizers we ordered for regular menu price exceeded $25. Aside from the lack of common sense with mgt, this place is stealing from the patrons, and for that we will NEVER patron this place again!!!! Furthermore, per ERIN, the corporate office is responsible for charging tax for the included appetizer which means every Beefs is doing the same thing!!! Not to be confused either, Erin said that she personally spoke with this locations owner Michelle, who stands by her shady business practices and over charging! Btw the food here is only mediocre anyway!! Good business integrity is the utmost importance to us! * I found out that we have another Beef O Brady's in Wesley Chapel next to Wiregrass. I called and spoke with the manager Leah who states that they DO NOT charge tax on the appetizers that are included for the 2/$20 and that her location would have gladly accepted our $5 coupon towards the other items we purchased. We just literally left and had a terrible experience. First, they got new menus and there was no wings on the kids menu anymore which sucks. I don't want to spend $12.49 on food for a kid they won't finish. Second, we downloaded the new app that is advertised on the new menu and recieved a coupon for a free appetizer that they would not accept because the menu is too new and won't have rewards until March sometime. Which is funny because the new menu is too new but they won't let you get anything off the old menu. Next, our food arrives. My husband ordered the 2 for $20with my daughter. She ended up getting the boneless wings and double fry because she didn't like the choice of the second sides. My husband orders the fish & chips which it was their signature. I ordered the Firecracker burger. Our food came and I am pretty sure My daughter only received a single fry, my husband's fish and chips were a very small portion size. The fish had to be frozen. It was 4 very small sad pieces with no flavor. If that is their signature it is pretty bad. My burger had soooo much grease, the whole bottom of the "wanna be" brioche bun was soaked in it. There was hardly any Jalapeños on it and the burger wasn't well done as ordered. No manager came around to ask us how everything was, even after the waitress asked us and I made a face because my husband said it was okay because he doesn't like to hurt anyone's feelings. The waitress then asked us IF we wanted dessert. Yes, the funnel fries that we already ordered as part of the 2 for $20 The funnel fries were the only good thing. We went to Beefs tonight with the family and was very disappointed to say we will not be coming back. The waitress sat down and went over the different types of wings and how they are cooked. My daughter ordered all flaps and extra crispy and the rest of the family ordered regular wings and extra crispy. To our disappointment they came out All drums and not crispy at all. We sent them back for that is not what we ordered at all. No sorry or hey let's comp your meal for we messed up your order; they were going to give us the corrected order to take home but changed their mind at the end, so we paid for our beer and appetizers and called it a night. One star doesn't even give this restaurant justice, give them no stars is more appropriate. I do not live far from this Beef's location and I will tell you after my experience my family and I will never step foot into this establishment again! When the owner flat out lies about the kitchen staff telling a new employee, who by the way, is a server ( they serve beer, wine, and spirits) is not even 18 yrs old is appalling to me! I do believe by Florida State Law, one has to be at least 18 to work in an establishment serving alcohol. At the end of the day, when the owner flat out lies to a customer's face shows how the establishment is ran. I ordered something and when the food finally came (it took about 45 minutes and it was not busy whatsoever) my food was cold. I told my server and she was going to have the kitchen remake it for me. The kitchen instructed this poor new server to just put it in the microwave to reheat and bring back to me. I am not a stupid individual and I could tell just like anyone else could tell that it was the same food that I sent back and just put in the microwave. I think that everyone knows that when you do the contents, chicken, steak, etc. dries out in a very noticeable way; especially, when it was dry to begin with! I was very polite to the owner as my husband frequents this establishment very often, the owner lied and I caught him in his lie. He could not even look me in my eyes and walked away. He was so unprofessional, he did not even bring out the new meal out to me. The moral of this is an owner will do anything to cover their butt and through their employees under the bus. I highly recommend NOT to go to this specific Beef's and go to one who cares about both their customers, their staff, and the quality of their food. The positives: It's the least busy Beef's I've ever been to. The food is pretty much what you'd expect. The negatives: Very slow service. The food is pretty much what you'd expect. We do go here because it's close to the house, but it isn't my favorite. Overall the Beef O' Brady's chain is overpriced for the quality of food you get, but they have expanded the menu to include some burrito bowls and some more healthy options. But it is a sports bar, with a sports bar atmosphere, so it doesn't strike you as "clean" and the service is sub-par. The food is fried bar food for the most part, and while they do have a full bar, their specials are on beer. And chicken wings.
