I see their dedication daily -- in the way they speak to the residents, in their patience, and in the extra moments they take to make someone smile. Luckily my mother took him home after 5 days. If he had stayed any longer he might have gotten much more sick. In addition, they stalled and stalled for a whole day to allow him to be released so they could squeeze another day out of insurance. She had to fight with them to get his medication as well.
