I actually did not expect to give these guys a great review after seeing the variety of experiences on Yelp but luckily I had booked service before i got on Yelp (living dangerously!) and we were having a hard time finding anyone else to help us for a reasonable price. We live in the far Northwest near Bandera & thought we had carpenter ants on our patio and near the back door. Since we bought our house knowing we would sell it when we moved, we have been so focused on keeping it perfect. After we had a neighbor come by & look, turns out we had Termites! I freaked out & had like 4 companies come give me estimates that I found on Home Advisor. 2 of them were ballpark $1,500, 1 never even showed up and Beeline was the 4th. Not only did they not care how far out we lived from their office, they sent their Termite Specialist out for a free estimate the morning after I called the office. It was still like $700 but they let us pay what we could at the time & the last chunk we will pay after payday. I honestly could have cried when they told us they would work with us on a payment plan but still service us that day. I was so worried the time it would take to get a spare $700 would give the termites time to mess something else up. I am so thankful for the quick service & thoughtful owner. I don't know how much it would have cost if we hadn't gone with them or the damage to my house & credit cards it would have taken. Update: I thought I saw some termites in the bathroom still & called. They sent someone out the next morning & sprayed the whole house for me even though it hadn't really been long enough for them all to die I guess. I appreciate they humored me. read more

Blake from Texas Beeline Pest was very communicative and thorough and even took care of some things sides of the house that I didn't call about originally. He sent me pictures of the work he did since i was not in town while the service was performed. I would absolutely recommend this technician. Super nice, polite and knowledgeable. The front office staff was very nice and called every time they said they'd contact me. They would call the technician, Blake, on a three-way phone call if they had any questions they needed me to answer which I appreciated the efficient communication. I would definitely use this company for my pest control needs in the future. Today, I had them do a termite treatment and I was satisfied with the approach, chemicals used, and inspection tactics. I worked in the pest control industry for about 6 years and was licensed by the state of Texas as a Certified Applicator. I asked very specific questions to the technician, Blake, and he was 100% comfortable answering all of my questions. I'd highly recommend this company and ask for Blake! read more

I've had the same pest control company come to my house for years, but since beeline pest control came by offering a special deal I decided why not give them a try. I just have to say how impressed I am. I looked out the window a few different times to make sure the guy was doing a good job, and I couldn't believe how thorough he was. I saw him lift up my crawl space door and spray underneath the house which our regular company never did. He sprayed around my side apartment next to my house, and sprayed in every closet inside the house which normally never gets sprayed. The man was also extremely friendly and talkative which was different from what were used to. Normally our regular company just comes by and sprays quickly without saying much and leaves. He gave us lots of advice on things we could do around the house ourselves to help with the pests. My wife told the man he could come back every three months and she cancelled our contract with our other pest control company. We are very happy with this company. read more

I have had 3 different pest control companies In 9 years then I found beeline I have been with them no for a little over 3 years 3 years I've never had a problem They even got rid of the ants around my pool which I could never find They are fantastic from the Home Office letting you know when they're coming The employees doing their job properly they keep notes so I don't have to keep reminding them what I want done If you are not happy with your pest control Company I suggest you give them a try You will see the difference and I don't have to worry about it If you have a problem or need to reschedule they are always fantastic but since I've never had a problem In almost 4 years it's a good thing Once I did have the small black sugar and I did have the small black sugar ants in the house they were here in 3 days at no charge they were here in 3 days at no charge and took care of the problem Wish I could give him 10 stars Keep up the great work and don't ever change you will be my company for life read more

They are phenomenal and so knowledgeable about the bug problems we were having. What sets this company apart from others is defiantly their customer service and prices. From the people I have talked to on the phone to the gentleman (we request Tyson every time) that comes over to spray, they just seem to care so much about helping me and my husband. We were having problems with bed bugs after unfortunately getting them from our apartment complex and then transporting them with us when we moved into our new home. The "pest control" guy the apartment hires to do the job is a joke and not personable/defiantly didn't care. He did the bare minimum compared to this company. We also had them do an outdoor treatment while they were there, with this summer heat and all the rain we couldn't be more grateful. IM MAD THEY SAY MY REVIEW IS NOT RECOMMENDED. read more

We have ants coming into our house so I made an appointment with Beeline. Todd came out today and treated our house. He and the customer service rep that schedule my appointment were so friendly. I loved his confidence in my satisfaction and also that he would come back out after two weeks for free if the treatment wasn't working. I later found out he was an owner of the company which is pretty cool to me. I think it's pretty cool to see management out getting dirty. Update: it's been about 2-3 weeks since our house has been treated. We have NO MORE ANTS!!! I also haven't seen anymore pincher bugs which weren't near as frequent as the ants. Thank you so much! I love Beeline pest control. I have had quarterly service with them for a couple of years now. And i have had no roaches, Ants,spiders. And have maintained having none. But when Jose came out to do our quarterly spray last week, my grandson said that there was something biting him and thought that it might be fleas. But jose first thought let me check for bed bugs where he sleeps, and there were none. So while he was spraying inside and out he noticed that there were fleas outside and asked if we wanted the flea treatment for 20.00 more . And of course we said yes. Thats cheap. Beeline is family friendly and understands that life happens and not everyone can afford the expensive services. Jorge, the tech who has been assigned to us since day one has been more than amazing. Tyler and Helen have been fantastic. They've both taken the time to listen and understand my pest control needs. The initial inspection was very thorough, they've answered all of my questions, and researched the ones they didn't have answers for. They were quick to resolve a misunderstanding, and I have seen very little pest activity since the initial spray. When I did find a roach in my home, they were quick to schedule an appointment to respray, and make sure my home stays as pest free as possible. Their product is safe for kids, pets and humans, doesn't have much of an odor, and is quite effective. I'll keep recommending them!! read more

Thanks to the fine company called Beeline...they ABSOLUTELY know their stuff and they will NOT rake your budget over the coals. As a matter of fact, we have decided to sign up for their quarterly pest control. We are currently with HOME DEFENSE in San Antonio...we pay 120 every quarter with them! At Beeline, the charge is 89 bucks a quarter! It definitely pays to do your homework in this area! Thank you again...Blake was our technician. 28-million yellowjackets decided to crawl into my outer wall through a brick sweat hole and gather inside beneath my bathroom sink. Called one control company which, as it turned out, was answering calls in another state. Bailed on 'em, tried Beeline. How soon would I like them to be at my home, they asked. Three minutes, I said. They made it within one hour, called me when they were getting close, and waged quick nuclear war on the yellowjackets. The ladies in the office took their time explaining their services. Never did I feel any pressure to have anything done that I didn't need. No contracts, either! Then Aaron came in a very timely manner and was quick to treat the inside and outside of our home. We live on a greenbelt and have scorpions occasionally. It's been almost a week and I haven't seen anything yet. If we find any bugs or scorpions within a month, they come back out for free. Beeline had great reviews so I went with them and I am extremely satisfied and impressed with their work as well as their customer service. Coleman came to my house and was nothing short of respectful, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I definitely got more than my money's worth. With all this rain I needed to do something about all the ants around my house. My neighbor uses these guys and I have seen them around over the past year so I decided to give them a try. I let the guy know about these little crazy ants i get and he said no problem. I watched as he thoroughly sprayed everywhere and even gave me helpful information at the end. The gentlemen that come to kill the bugs and keep them out are friendly courteous and will discuss in detail the effectiveness of the pesticides that they use. Unfortunately, they kill my spiders too. I was just about to get infested with termites on my first inspection, they caught it just in time. The cause was a dead tree and roots that had gone under the house and was being devoured by the critters. I had never considered the possibility. read more
