I also rescued my dog about 1 1/2 months ago, and he already had an ear infection when I got him. I've now taken him in three times to get it treated. When I questioned why I should continue paying for visits when the issue hadn't been resolved, I was told I needed to pay for another visit and basically hope it works this time. I'm done. I'm taking my dog somewhere else about 20 minutes away, where I'm paying half the price.
