Our car broke down on I-10 while crossing El Paso during our move from Los Angeles to San Antonio. We had our entire lives packed into that car and suddenly found ourselves stranded on the side of the freeway, not knowing what to do next. I am so grateful that the AAA tow truck brought us to this shop. Despite being extremely busy and having a full lot of vehicles waiting for service, Sergio took us in right away. Not only did he diagnose the problem quickly, but he also took the time to hand-draw a map showing where we were and where we could find lodging for the night.
