Wow! We hired Beetz Eats to cater an event and wow! Everything was incredible! We are savoring the leftovers. Quality ingredients, flavorful. She is now our go-to caterer. Thank you Beeta!

AMAZING ! MIND BLOWING !! Chef Beeta (from BeetzEats) is that rare Zen master who has not just perfected her craft, but elevates the experience to another level altogether. She epitomizes what a "Special Occasion" Chef should be all about -- unbelievable lip-smacking delicious food, stylishly served ... all while exuding immense warmth and joy A bunch of SF Bay Area friends were hosting a friend's 50th birthday party in a fancy property in Beverly Hills - and were looking for a Celebrity Chef to come and prepare a special meal. Beeta had come superhighly recommended from some friends, so we went ahead with her. Working with her was absolute joy. She had some very creative and unique dishes (including an appetizer-themed savory cake that we had requested, to start off the birthday proceedings!). Her food was amongst the best food we have ever had ... we still talk about it when we meet ! IF you are looking for someone to make a special day even more special through the magic of food, look no further !

If you're looking for delicious food and great service look no further, Chef Beeta is amazing. Chef Beeta catered our baby shower we had an appetizer spread everything was delicious. Chicken and waffles are a must! And Chef Beeta was amazing she took care of everything from setting up the display and refilling the appetizers as needed and even boxed up any left overs. Everyone was so impressed by the food and service definitely made our baby shower special!

The host always requests Chef Beeta's Baked Brie with Jam! This is a must have at every party we host.

I've had the pleasure of hiring Beetz Eats for multiple private events and corporate dinners. Chef Beeta is always able to execute the menu even when there is a lot of dietary restrictions. Not only is her food AMAZING but the presentation is always on point. There has never been a dinner where our guest are not in awe over how amazing the food is or how perfect the presentation is. When hosting dinner parties I can always count on BeetzEats to show up on time and leave everyone talking about her food.

Everything for the do it yourself projects were donated by Whole Foods and the classes were free! I was able to take home the products I made in cute little glass jars. My kimchi is currently fermenting and I can hear my bottle bubbling. Classes were taught by local business owners which was a great way for them to promote their establishments. What a cool community event! There were cooking demonstrations inside Surfas culinary district where you could learn about things like how to cook with local California products, or about Tamales of South America and then we were able to have samples of what was demonstrated. Yum! Surfas also had some of their amazing cheese out to sample and I couldn't resist purchasing a big hunk of Holland Gold which is a Dutch goats milk Gouda. Oh it's tasty! I walked through the vendor area and bought some refreshing pink lady apple kombucha from the owner of the kombucha co thats trying to get her business off the ground. I also picked out a cute "Oh Kale Yeah!" T-shirt from another vendor that I was so excited about I wore it the next day to ciclavia. I was exposed to local business that I would love to seek out and patronize again. Arc restaurant gave a steak 101 demonstration and told us how he only uses local(from lake Elsinore) grass fed beef cooked over real fire using local almond and orange wood. He brought in his own wood burning oven for the demo. I only attended one day of the two day show but I'm on the mailing list now and can't wait for future editions. I only learned about the event the day before when I came to the mix mart to pick up some climbing shoes from gear co-op. The Santa Ana winds ruined our climbing weekend and I'm happy I was able to be a part of the inaugural edibles edition of the patchwork show. I hope they do a better job of promoting the next event and get even more people out. It's too cool not to check out.

Food was decent prices were more than the one I see on yelp. Regular hot pot affair with 4 soup choices. I didn't know and only picked two, they just gave me hot water in the two other slots. Veggies were fresh, meet was frozen, beef gets pretty tough if you don't pull it out fast. Sauce bar is okay, oranges in the back behind the sauces looks odd.

Hot pot was good. Prices were good for hot pot. You order most things (maybe everything) on an iPad so that's nice that you don't have to flag them down because service took quite some time. First, I came (before my party) and it was quite empty. I stood there waiting to even be acknowledged for literally 5-10 minutes. (There were a handful of tables already being served but no staff came by to say anything at all.) Then, when they finally asked how they can help, I checked in, told them someone from my party already called and made the reservation and they said they're working on it. But, we sit in the waiting area for another 20 minutes. Someone else from my party finally decided to ask if the table is ready and they guide us to it. My questions are why didn't they come get us? However much longer would we have waited? Should we have kept checking in periodically to get our table sooner? It was an upsetting start to the meal. I like to give the benefit of the doubt but there were a decent amount of staff to do what was needed, unless the back give them that many tasks, as they were all back there for the majority of the time.

They have all the seasonings, meat or fish frozen and, condiments etc. They give you an apron and card that has your meals printed on it. It tells you the measurements for each item. It will say 1 cup of flour as an example. There will be measuring cups and a container with the flour. There will also be a baggie for you to add your flour to. They have around 5 stations with different meals and you just go to the meal stations that you had chosen. When Covid hit, they had to stop people from coming in to make their meals. I tried another company that delivered to my door. It was fine for a long time but then I got tired of the selection and the meals always took me a long time to prepare. Two weeks ago I came back to Dream Dinners again. Right now you can order the meals and they will assemble them for you and you pick them it, this works really well. There are new owners and they are planning to open it up again for people to come in and assemble their meals. It's fun when you come with a friend, or friends to do it together. You will still be able to have them assemble the meals for a charge. The meals are great, I think they average around $8.00 a meal which will feed 2-3 people, it's a deal. Try them out, they have a website where you can order your meals, and pay when you order or pay some and rest when you pick it up.
