My rating is 0 out 5 stars. Hands down the worst Beggars ever. The management (Wayne) sucks and the employees(Ashley and Asher) are incompetent. The pizza is garbage compared to other locations. How anyone can give this location 4 stars is beyond me !! Just took my family here for my Son's birthday and it was horrible!! The appetizers were so small and cheap i made them take it back. Took forever to get some service on a Saturday with several parties celebrating birthdays! Waiters walking in late! Then it took forever to get our pizza and when it came, shear disappointment! A large thin crust that could barely satisfy two medium sized teenagers and the crust was hard and tough....I had one slice and stopped!! Easily the worst Beggar's location in the city!! I had a $6 dollar pizza at lil ceasars that was Better for a third of the price! Took 10 minutes just to get and pay my bill. Customers at other tables asking how long it would be before someone takers their order. While the manager walked around making excuses. They have lost my business forever!! read more

I've only ordered to-go. Their pizza is the best around. It's expensive and takes a long time but it's totally worth it.

So I order my family pizza from Beggars in Richton Park, get in my truck & put the food on my son lap and he says umm mom there's a bug. A ROACH, yes ROACH crawled out the MF box. I am TOO through. I don't need this mess with what we are dealing with right now. I will NEVER eat at this location again. So called manager didn't seem to care too much either. I can't stop itching. read more

I originally came to Beggars Pizza to pick up my online order that I put in way before the time it was supposed to be finished. The young lady behind the register tells me it's not done and she can start the order now. I agree that she could put the order in now because I still want to give Beggars Pizza a chance, but in the back of my mind I'm thinking what is the point of online ordering. I was told it would be a 45 minute wait and they have karaoke in the bar. I decided to check out the karaoke and find out that Friday night Karaoke with DJ Lady Red is not a place for classy people. The host DJ Lady Red is very disrespectful and childish. I could not believe my eyes when I seen her making fun of, taking a picture with her phone, and getting other ladies(she obviously knew already) to gang up on another lady that was trying to enjoy the show. Keep in mind the lady she was picking on didn't do a thing to her. It's sad because DJ Lady Red is a grown woman that appears to be in her late 30's-40's and was so jealous of another woman. I guess she didn't get the memo that the goal is to try to retain patrons/customers so events can be successful. The second thing that made this event bad is DJ Lady Red puts on a very unladylike song towards the end of the set that she made that gives the impression that she is a prostitute based on the title of the song alone. The third thing that was terrible is that guys who smell of weed and are high out of this world will stand right next to women at the bar when there are no seats for them. I will never come back here and will tell all my friends, family, and associates to stay far away from this place. So I ordered a pizza it was late so I couldn't get it delivered not problem do I go to pick it up and was told that the pizza was not going to be made cause it was to late now keep in mind I'm inside the restaurant the manager comes up to me with a really bad attitude and tells me again with no other explanation that my pizza will not be made I leave and go on the website to try and figure out why and I get a email saying that they close the bar early I reply I that I understand they close the bar early but what I don't understand is why and how I was allowed to order a pizza and when I come to get it be told that it wasn't going to be made I get another email saying sorry for the inconvenience really crappie service and handling of guests from top to bottom the employees are doing everything from on there cell phones to chewing gum and the manager never engaged with me except for the brief moment to say not going to make it no one should go here to pay to be treated as you owe them read more

If there was an option to put negative 5 stars I would do that absolutely!! This was the most unprofessional and ill mannered establishment I've ever had the opportunity to order from. I simply ordered a half cheese half Pepperoni pizza as I proceeded to wait a full hour and 22 minutes for it to arrive to be the wrong pizza!! We were furious and hungry as well, after waiting so long and contacting the establishment and the Manager, we finally got a chance to speak with him and he was beyond rude. As the conversation went on We had eaten a slice or two because of the long wait and he said he wouldn't replace it unless it weren't touched. When we received the wrong pizza in the first place !! He proceeded to be rude and said he wouldn't make another pizza and we should've checked it at the Door! He was very rude and I am not from this city, I live in Virginia and I would never eat here or any BEGGARS EVER AGAIN!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD. I love beggars pizza but I don't order anymore because when the pizza starts to cool the crust sticks to the box and doesn't come up or when you get the slice up it has the cardboard box stuck to it. so now your just eating toppings. Pizza is not as good as locations in Blue Island or Oak Forest. Front desk server Dave is borderline rude and is extremely lacking in all aspects of customer service. He should not be taking payments or have anything to do with servicing customers. Every time I visit this location Daves entire demeanor is that of someone who could care less and/or does not want your business. He is horrific representative of a normally exceptional Chicago pizza chain. read more

phoned in an order for a large stuffed pizza to Richton Park Beggars and they sent me home with a thin crust instead. called to tell them they got my order wrong and the manager assured me of a credit on my next visit. a couple weeks later i called in another order for a large stuffed pizza and told them i wanted to use the managers credit. they told me they had no record of any credit on my account and refused to honour it. spoke to a very UNCOOPERATIVE and RUDE shift manager with a spanish accent and told him after this hassle i was taking my business elsewhere to which he replied "THEN THAT'S YOUR CHOICE." my family and i were customers for years but not anymore. apparently it was worth losing the business of a long time customer over ONE PIZZA. egregious and total lack of customer service. even worse was when i called the corporate office to tell them about it. you don't even get to speak to a live human. all you get is a recording that instructs you to leave message that nobody there will return. I tried to call the owner of this restaurant but they refused to give me his phone number. However, they did give me his email address. I sent a letter to tomtucker@beggarspizza.com but haven't gotten a reply yet. It seems as though the people behind this establishment discourage customer feedback. this place doesn't deserve to have any patronage whatsoever. my review says 1 star but that's only because there's no option here for NO STARS. UPDATE: the owner called me today and apologized for the bad experience. He seemed like a stand up kinda guy and I respect him for that. He offered to rectify the matter should I come back as a customer. At this point I'm not sure if I will but it was decent of him to call me and offer a solution. read more
