Square cut small pizza , extra Sauce , sausage , onions, peppers, and giardiniera on the side

Beggars pizza has always been my go to choice for suburban pizza. Beggars offers a robust sauce , very flavorful, toppings are always fresh and loaded!! Beggars does not skimp on the toppings, a quality I love a lot. Service is quick - they do offer a drive thru pick up window for your order. My negative takeaway is the giardiniera i ordered on the side. It was very very dry !!! Needs to have the juices to go along with it

Pizza was terrible! I ordered thin crust but it was as thick as my thumb!! $50 plus $13 tip down the drain!

Just picked up a large one

I've only ordered to-go. Their pizza is the best around. It's expensive and takes a long time but it's totally worth it.

The owner Brad welcomed us with a hearty hello, like we'd been there every Friday night since opening. If you're a fan of the 80's the decor will be right up your alley and the same with the music; a nice Mix of 80's thru early 2000's. My husband ordered a New England IPA on special and described it as an imperial IPA that it will f you up with its 8.8 apv. I was very happy to hear the salads are made with romaine and not that spring mix everyone is using these days. So we started our meal the BLT salad. Very tasty and a nice light start to the meal. Next up was pizza. The thinnest of thin and crispy crust. The sauce was a very nice blend. Tomatoe sauce and herbs were not over powering and in my opinion not too sweet. A good balance of cheese, toppings and sauce. Not so much sauce that it oozes out with every bite. They were very careful with the toppings and keeping them on the respective halves. The menu also has sandwiches the sound delicious and I can't wait to come back and try some. I hope they stay in business for many years to come.

The pizza is good but it's not pizza that's memorable. The owners are extremely nice. The staff are wonderful. But it is just a pizza shop. My husband does enjoy this restaurant and we will continue to order here for him.

5 stars for food 4 stars for paying the bill…read more This is such a cute location / looks like an old lodge. Lots of wood and such an interesting layout. When you arrive there is a large seating area to the left, includes lots of larger tables for bigger groups. Then if you wind your way into the main area, there are tables that face outward on the first floor, a middle section with seating and then a balcony area. Really interesting restaurant that was fun to walk around. Our server was great - we had a large party and orders were taken and we didn't wait too long for food to start arriving. On recommendation we ordered the stuffed pizza - which is like a calzone. Lots of cheese, toppings, great crust and delicious red sauce on top! Not quite a deep dish but oh so delicious. We also ordered the Caesar salad, which was shareable and the garlic sticks! Food was hot, fresh and I can't wait to go back for the pizza! Only downside was we had to pay by table and all the drinks ended up on my check, which added a few hundred dollars. Overall pizza was amazing and I'll be back!

I walked up to the building and was immediately impressed. This place is HUGE! Never seen a pizza place this big! The building itself and all the nooks and crannies in the place was very impressive! The Pope room, too! So cool! I got seated at a table and went with a small sausage, well done, cooked in the old oven and had a glass of water to drink. How was the pizza? Different, but really good! The pizza came out and I dug right in. They do the toppings under the cheese here. The sausage was excellent! Some of the better sausage I can remember. The cheese was unique. I've heard mozzarella and scamorza cheese? It was tasty and I liked it. It tasted like the cheese skirt around some Detroit style pizzas (weird description, I know). The sauce is the only thing I wasn't the biggest fan of. Little too sweet. I ate 5 of the 8 slices and was on my way. Would definitely come back. 4 stars for the actual pizza, bonus star for the friendly staff, the building itself, and the Pope room.
