Amanda (owner) has been so accommodating, understanding, and flexible as I've made the transition back to being a working mom. I love working for a woman, a mother, and someone who has been in this field FOREVEVR like me so she knows her stuff and the realities of being an employee in this field. Cynthia will always do her best to help your the billing, authorizations from insurance and answering all your questions. They have all gone above and beyond to help me. Christina is my son case supervisor. She has gone above and beyond to set up his goals and help the therapist in accomplishing them. She even sat in on my son's IEP meeting to show her support for my son and to show his school what Acuity has been working on. She will also join session with the BI's. I can't say enough about Haley. She is my son's BI (Behavioral Intervention). She is big part in my son's continuous improvement. I met with Alison once when Brandon was out and she was excellent. Their Regions pharmacy is always stocked with my prescription needs and offer delivery which is unheard of. Not only did the office staff say they never heard of that program, they didn't seem to be curious to learn about it or care that I might not get my medication. My request to speak with the office manager was ignored as were messages left on her answering machine. At this point I will be contacting the Insurance commissioner to help me get through to them and get my medication.

They took four people ahead of me, then claimed two more were still ahead of us-even though the lobby was totally empty! * Poor Communication: No logical explanation was given for the delays or the invisible patients supposedly in front of us. We felt trapped because finding a replacement is such a headache, but we are officially done. Avoid this place at all costs!
