Parents beware, I am a mother of a three-year-old autistic child. We have been very disappointed with Love 2 Learn consulting company. They lack communication within their own company. Scheduling does not communicate well with the staff. They will tell you one thing and do another. We finally found a BI that worked well with my son. We worked with her for a year and she had connected with my son. He was finally making progress. However, my husband's insurance was terminated. I clearly communicated with Love 2 Learn about our situation. I reached out to OC regional to get funding for sessions immediately. Love 2 Learn told me they would give us two weeks before they would replace the BI with another case. I had funding from OC regional in less than two weeks however, Scheduling did not communicate with the staff and the BI was already removed from our case. This was very disheartening for our family. I did speak with Ruben, after being informed that the BI was no longer on our case. He informed me that most of the time OC regional takes longer than two weeks and that they had miscommunicated inside of their facility. I let him know that I worked my but off to get funding and I even hand-delivered the paperwork to OC regional to get the process going fast faster. I continue to follow up with Love 2 Learn about the process, however they didn't communicate within their company. Ruben, did not offer to give us the BI back even though it was their fault for the miscommunicates. I have the Text messages to prove it. He told us that they have other BI that would work great with my child and they wanted to move his session to the afternoon. I was disappointed, I never asked to move session to the afternoons and my son does better in the morning. Honestly, I had an hard time believing that they had someone better to replace the BI I worked so hard to keep. Autistic children have a hard time connecting with people and when they finally do connect and you just take the connection away it's not easy for them to reconnect with someone else. Prior to this BI We had multiple BI that did not work out. Mostly because of the hight turnover. I've even had to report one of those BI for doing insurance fraud and time clock fraud. After she repeatedly claimed hours and they billed our insurance for dates she was not here. She was terminated from the company after I reported her, but imagine how many times she got away with it before being caught. read more

While some clinicians (therapists) are great at engaging with the kids, some seem either so detached like they're bore or disengaged and running on autopilot. Communication is poorly lacking as well. The individual at the front desk doesn't communicate with the clinicians so schedules get confused for the patients. Some also work Full time at another job (school or otherwise) and fail to let patients know of the schedule change. So for example I showed up today during the usual time and was notified that Taylor is no longer able to see my son at the scheduled time. She had at least a whole week to reach out to me regarding this matter. Or even to let the front desk know to let me know or her supervisor to reach to me. No one reached out, no one called regarding this matter. So for that I would go to another clinic but my son does really well with Christina his OT and Malia his BI, so we'll stay for now. read more

These people advanced my son w/o any procedure. Just said he had accomplished his goals. The therapist are just kids really that call out regularly and they have no organized call out procedure. So their employees just don't show up and that's when you find out. When they don't show up. The supervisors and the director Deirdre are just incompetent. There is no agenda and the people working with your child just have no plan. The supervisors occasionally show up and that's when they receive some "advice", I won't call it training, for your child. When i visited the company office for my daughter's evaluation, i thought i wish she start her therapies here. I was thinking it would be very professional and helpful service from them. But now after almost 3 week i found out they don't care kids and their future as they explained in website or shows in office. Theire therapy process is not clear, there is not daily report, so there is no way monitoring the progress. The supervisor said everything is online and they gave me login access but only thing i can see is my bills!! they said we going give you access but who knows when?! They cancel schedule very easy, every hour or i could say they're visiting accidentally! They don't have any respect for customer, first time they call me few minutes before sessions to let me know it's canceled! its repeat and repeat! It happened 3 time in last 3 week, they send someone else to cover the session, im very happy i loss one of them, the therapist was very rude! she call me asked address, i was not at home but asked my wife to go to parking, my wife walk in parking almost half an hour with 2 kids but she didn't show up! And more than that didn't respond the phone and told to the office i didn't find address! it was a friday afternoon and im thinking she was not in area and all was game! Some of the therapist look like a trainees, im not sure they are student or they are authorized to do this job, i will follow up this tomorrow! nothing is clear! All their response after any problem is: 'SORRY' and it doesn't matter how many time, no shame for repeat and repeat it again! next day same problem and same response! Supervisor been informed 3 time but nothing changed! I want say they move all expectations' borders, decreased it and pushed back all read lines just with repeating saying SORRY! I love give this company is 0 star if I can. They are the absolute worst!!!! Beware parents, do not make the same mistake that I did and waste time with them. We contacted them 3 months ago for my Daughter's ABA and they said they have availability for us. The supervisor went out to our house to do the evaluation and everything and we waited and waited and waited to start services. It has been a frustrating experience because I have been calling them like every other day just to follow up on the status to start service and today we got a call saying that we have to look for another company because they are short staffed. This is HORRiBLR especially wasting our time for the past 3 months coming to our house to do the evaluation and making us wait thinking that we will start services soon. And now tell us to look for another company and start the process all over again?!?! Do not waste your time with this company!! read more

This company is the worst company out there. So unorganized they do not even know when there employees are out sick and they will not call you to let you know that your child will not be have their session that day. This company deserves a 0 star do not waste your time. read more

Being a mama, I am so grateful to have Love 2 Learn to lean on. They are so supportive and they really help our family with our needs. I love the people here. My daughter's therapist was Madelina. She is THE BEST!!! My daughter loves her so much. She had session with DD almost 1.5 years and DD improves a lot. I hope that Maddie still can continue but bummer our insurance didn't cover it anymore. The office staffs are easy to cooperate with and I am very happy with this place and all the staffs. read more

DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILDS FUTURE AT RISK WITH THIS COMPANY! We started this process with love 2 learn in November 2018. Horrible communication in onboarding process. Didn't hear from anyone for weeks. The therapist (Vashti) accepts our case and starts bonding with my son in December. In January she finally has 1 session after numerous cancellations and scheduling problems. All of a sudden the drive is too far. Now we have to start all over again. Time is critical in this process and it seems to me that the employees are not truly concerned with the children they are supposed to be helping. Beyond disappointed. read more

We utilize in-home therapy and also the winter break camp- love both! Love2Learn has been awesome with our insurance company, first accepting insurance AND doing all the grunt work for it! We are seeing significant improvements in our 6-year old son's "high functioning/Aspergers" autism. Everyone we've come into contact with has been courteous, professional and smart. My granddaughter attended this school for 2 years. The staff was genuine ,and they are so caring and kind to the children, and the learning environment is so great for the kids. I took my son here when he was around 18 months and by the time he left, he have learned how to count, name shapes, take turns, and follow order command steps. The staff here are very professional. Everything from children skills to parents consultations are detailed and planned. The level of care and concerns that the therapist had for my son was out of this world. They treat my child like its their own, my child best interest is always at the TOP of their concerns. They don't waste any service time, everything is organize and you know your child is getting the best out of every service. I love this place but fortunately my son was completing all his goals so he had to move on to preschool now. They have expand their fatality due to business demand but I am pretty sure they still maintain their "high level standard" of service. I would be very careful using this company. They have no morals or professionalism in my opinion. They have therapist who are rude and disrespectful and supervisors who are even worse. It was my experience that there were no lengths they would not go to in order to try and destroy a family. They have lied about things they say happened when they know full well it did not. Stopped my daughters therapy with no communication to me at all until several days after the fact. Filed false claims to my daughters insurance for hours they did not work with her and also filed a completely false report to CPS which has since been closed since the lies they told were clearly very simple for the social worker to see them for what they were. Just that lies!! She actually said told me from the first time I met with her that she believed the claims made were done out of spite not that they were in any way concerned about me child's well being. So ask yourself are these the kinds of people you would want to welcome into your home??? It is beyond belief to me how they even sleep at night trying to cause so much destruction to our family. So think twice before you choose this company. There are way better options out there with other companies who do not practice in the manner I have described. read more

Therapists here are incredible (we have worked with no less than 10). My son (ASD) is a completely changed kid once working with the ABA, Speech, and Occupational professionals. Best part is he loves going. He has a great time and it's never a fight to get him in the door. It's clear that all the employees from the folks at the front to the therapists really love children and care about their families. They are also great with paperwork so once you are referred they move fast, which in the beginning is so important. Billing/insurance is professional and easy. We had a few scheduling issues when transitioning therapists and they seem to be a little short on speech staff, but that's the worst of it. In fact when transitioning for a second time the supervisor on our team saw it coming, got out in front of the issue for us, and we had no break in sessions - which is pretty amazing for a clinic that works with many families. Super excited to take advantage of the winter camp program over the Christmas holiday. The kiddos go with their therapists to different OC attractions, taking the work they can do with our kids to another level (and parents can come, too)! Highly recommend. My son was screened around his second birthday in February. He was not making eye contact, he did not respond to his name language was extremely minimal and had various abnormal behaviors! Now my little man has mastered counting, responding to his name and just made huge improvements! We love our ABA therapists Jessica and Edna. They have been able to accommodate our schedules very nicely as both my husband and I work full time! Huge shout out to Marlee she is the kindest and sweetest supervisor!
