The front desk staff Paula was very helpful in making sure my HMO gave me the 2nd approval and this year since I have a PPO, their admin Ron made sure I was able to switch and continue the therapy and both Ron and Kristen made sure my billing is done correctly with the new Insurance. All PT staff are very professional and knowledgeable; Haley Davis has been my primary PT and she goes out of the way to tapper my therapy & exercises depending on what area of the left leg has weakness or muscle tightness. RTA has weights, a bicycle and other strengthening equipment that was not available at my previous PT which only focused on stretching.

At that time, I was triple feeding and when breastfeeding wholly depended on nipple shields due to excruciating pain at the latch, even post procedure. My goal was to exclusively breastfeed without the shield, which I frankly thought was impossible. Brittany was a joy to work with. She gave us the confidence to be active participants in our son's therapy. We diligently implemented her treatment plan and we were off the shield within two weeks of our first visit. We still needed a little more help for my little chomper thereafter, but my son is now 3.5 months old and nurses like a champ! I heartily recommend her practice to any mamas seeking such help. My baby cried a lot at first, but Clarissa always knew how to calm her down and turn sessions into play. Over time, there was much less resistance and she became more comfortable during sessions. She stated that they had got my messages but due to Covid they don't do feeding therapy and there are no other places doing them at this time. I know for a fact that isn't true because I have been to other PT places that are doing them. This place is horrible customer care and has no concern for the patients.

In a short 8 months of massaging once a week for a 30 minutes session we have seem a HUGE improvement on her neck, now she can jump freely without holding anything and very well balanced! Ms. Iris and Ms. Dorothy, helped my daughter with OT and feeding, she went in eating half of the McDonald cheese burger on the good days and now she is able to finish a sourdough grill cheese sandwich from Jack in the Box at least 5 times a week!
