She didn't tell us that they were out of any of this stuff, she would just drop it at the table and it was wrong. I order sizzling spicy Thai shrimp. Best General Tso's I've ever had. Service was amazing, interior of the restaurant was pretty interesting. Having this cool boardwalk over a fountain in the floor when you walk in with good lighting throughout, but still with that small Chinese restaurant feeling too it. My favorite place to go by myself or with my loved one. It is rarely busy and it is such a chill environment. It seems to be a small family owned business and they cook everything to order and the wait has never been long. THE MONGOLIAN CHICKEN IS THE BOMB! Pork egg rolls super greasy, but tasted semi-ok. Red Curry super watery, veggies way over-cooked, chicken with it was ok. Duck had random pieces of bone mixed in with the meat, veggies over cooked. Rice was the best part. All of that was thirty-some bucks. I never thought it was possible to have bad Chinese or Thai food until now. This is absolutely the best Chinese restaurant in Valdosta. The atmosphere is very quiet and laid back. The service is excellent without being intrusive. They have an extensive menu, and I'd challenge even the pickiest eater to NOT find something that sounds intriguing on the menu. The thing that impresses me the most, however, is how fresh and clean all of their food tastes. Everything is made to order. I have yet to get a bowl of soup that tastes like the metal container it was cooked/stored in, which is a major pet peeve of mine. I can't say enough good things about this place. Some of the best of the menu: Appetizers: Salt and pepper calamari. Oh man. I'm a major calamari fan, but I've never seen it prepared quite the way they do. It's not breaded, yet it's still crispy on the outside and chewy, NOT rubbery, on the inside. This is absolutely my favorite place to get calamari. Entrees: Anything involving duck, hands down. Mongolian Beef. Ohhh man. I've never had it done better. I always order mine spicy (which they're more than happy to oblige), and it's incredibly savory with sweet and spicy highlights that make the whole dish sing. The mushrooms and onions really make the dish. I almost always have enough left over for another meal the next day, but I can say that about almost everything on the menu! The traditional dinner combination is a good amount of food with many options for the main dish. This is a family run restaurant, but even on a Friday night the service was fast and considerate. The selections are good and the female owner I believe is very friendly and attentive. We ordered the lettuce wrap, Seafood rice soup, beef with garlic sauce and house fried rice. Driving from Atlanta to FL, decided to stop for dinner. Nice, quiet restaurant located in a strip mall. We started with the steamed dumplings, they were delicious. I had the Kung Pao Chicken dinner special with hot and sour soup. The soup was flavorful, with mushrooms, tofu, bamboo shoots and chicken. The Kung Pao chicken was really good, lean chicken chunks and good veggies, the only down side for me was there was too much sauce. This may not be a problem for others. I am not from Valdosta. I looked for chinese with a decent rating and found Beijing supposedly four stars!?. Came for lunch 10 Minutes early and the door was open but no employees to be seen. The banisters to the dining area were filthy. The fours of us ordered the Cashew Chicken or (4 chicken dishes). We had two bites each of chicken which resembled soggy stale marshmellows and pushed the rest of the "chicken" to the side and ate the rice and vegies. The server never asked why we all pushed the "chicken" aside. I'm 72 and have consumed more chicken than they will ever serve and I assure you and we will testify to the meat being either bleached or cat! This was an awful event. I'll never go there again. From the soup order to the entree, I was so disappointed. The corn soup was served warm, not hot and had little flavor. Then the twice cooked pork entree I was served had the worst pork I've ever had in a restaurant. Each signature thin slice had a vein of fat and most pieces had gristle that I had to pick out of my mouth because I could not chew it. I've never had twice cooked pork that bad. I alerted the server and she proceeded to argue with me about the pork. Reluctantly she offered to change my order to chicken. My bad, I should have asked for a different dish entirely because I was not served fresh plate of food. It was served in the original pork juice. It was horrible! Never again! read more

I think that this place is fraudulently rated on yelp. I can tell you, when we dined here, we expected a "PF Changs" level of Asian cuisine. What we got was any typical fast food Chinese. The entrees did not appear anything like the pictures on yelp, and the food quality was not poor, but definitely not anything near the 4.5 star level present on yelp. I think it very likely that these views are inflated by either people who own the restaurant or friends of theirs. Please understand, this is not as its rated. It is no better than any standard Chinese buffet or fast food style restaurant. It is NOT A 4.5 STAR RESTAURANT. The prices were not bad, and the food was appropriately priced.
