The decor is like a fishing village with beautiful murals. The menu is extensive with all different varieties of seafood You can order fried, broiled and low country boil seafood. The portions are large and you can even share without a charge. The help is very friendly and eager to please. Our waitress,. Caroline was excellent and even put my bib on for the seafood boil. I ordered the seafood bisque for starters and it was so good and I highly recommend it.My main meal was a shrimp boil which came in a plastic bag with 20 large shrimp, corn on the cob, red potatoes and sausage that was a little spicy but very good. I highly recommend the seafood boils you can even get crab legs. It is definitely a one and done atmosphere and food quality The overall ambience is OK there's some cool fish mountains in the walls. The weighted staff seem to be very friendly. The manager is the absolute worst I've ever encountered my entire life. She was deplorable.

We completely understood that we were early and would have been more than happy to wait for a seat to open up. Instead, the receptionist seemed visibly annoyed that we had arrived when we did and spoke to us rather dismissively, suggesting that we go to a bar down the street instead. We ultimately took that suggestion and went elsewhere. We ended up having such a pleasant experience at another restaurant that we decided to stay there for dinner and did not return for our reservation. It was disappointing, especially because we've enjoyed the food at Postero in the past. We weren't expecting to be seated early or accommodated immediately, just a welcoming interaction while we waited. Unfortunately, the way we were treated made us feel as though our business wasn't particularly wanted, so we chose to spend our evening somewhere that made us feel more welcome.

That's fine but they need leadership and guidance or they will grow to be bad employees. All of them just chatted with each other. Clothes and hair were disheveled. Took about 15 to 20 minutes for our food to come out the waitress set my wife's fish and chips in front of her. She set my fish sandwich in front of me, and said will there be anything else? I said yes please scratch the soup I ordered, the shocked look on her face said it all, "I'll go get it right now", um NO I wanted an appetizer, not soup and sandwich. 2 of 3 items The fish and chips were as good as they always are, however, the fish sandwich was below par and had a weird Spice in the batter that I didn't care for. I ate half of it and left the rest. my wife was full after eating one of the two pieces of fish so I finished off the other piece. The fries used to be steak cut, they used to be great. Now they went to some weird curly thin cut, which are easily overcooked. In my opinion the spicy pickles and jalapeños were dry and over fried. The bill came to $42, for which I would have left a 18% tip $7.5, divide that by 3 (items) I left $5 tip, 2 out of 3. I don't think we'll be coming back. So sad we used to love this place. But in this day and age, no one cares.
