This was one of the few Chinese restaurants we regularly order from. Up until now, we've never had an issue. The food has always been delicious and delivery on time. We ordered from them again tonight and were looking forward to Beijing Kitchen's food. When the food got here, we were missing 1 order of fried fish with chicken fried rice. The sauce for the sweet and sour chicken was in the most tiniest container I've seen even tho we ordered a large (quart) of the chicken. The fries in one of the chicken nugget orders had green confetti looking stuff on it. We ordered thru a delivery app so we requested a refund for the fried fish we never received and sweet/sour chicken. We didn't even ask to be refunded for the nuggets/fries with the green stuff on it. A few minutes later, a woman from the restaurant called my husband, telling him that they gave us fries for free and the 2nd order of fried fish wasn't there. Well, that's not correct because there was 2 orders of fried fish on our receipt that we paid for. There were also no "free" order of fries-we paid for the extra fries. Our order came to over $100 so of course there was nothing for free in our order. We were floored that the restaurant actually called to argue about the mistake they made. We weren't even mad at first because hey, no one's perfect and mistakes are made. Just refund the customer and that's that. Don't call the customer to argue about something we actually paid for! That's not our fault they botched our order. Also, why would the delivery app refund us for the 2nd order of fried fish if we never ordered it, as this woman tried to claim. Because of this nonsense and audacity of the woman to call and argue, we won't be ordering from them again. At this point, we've come to accept every single restaurant is gonna mess our order up, and we expect to be refunded if we didn't get something we paid for. read more

Chinese take out is not my favorite food. However, when I do choose to go that route I go to Beijing Kitchen. They make a really good sesame chicken and the boneless ribs with rice is my sons favorite dish. The owner is very friendly and attentive and the delivery service comes quickly and well packaged. They even throw in a free soda when you spend 20 dollars. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because the pork fried rice could use more pork and bean sprouts. A good takeout Chinese spot really makes the neighborhood feel like home for me, and this place has been always consistently great for me. Albeit, I am quite basic when it comes to ordering chinese takeout; chicken with broccoli is never too oily and right amount of sauce. General tso's chicken also is not drenched in sauce and the chicken is slightly crispy on the outside and soft (but not chewy) on the inside. The fried rice is a little dry, but I usually give it a little bit of soy sauce and mix it slightly with the sauce in the main dish to even it out. I also enjoy the fried wontons and the sweet and sour sauce that comes with it. It's always a good snack to have with a beer when kicking back to watch the game or a movie. The workers here are very friendly too whether I'm there to pick up or they are delivering. Highly recommend this spot, and totally give the general tso and chicken w/ broccoli a shot. read more

So, I ordered the "House Special Chow Fun, Fantail Shrimp, Plain Chicken Wings, Pork Bun, and Bubble Tea". The order delivery was on time and delivered hot and fresh. The chicken wings were excellent, perfectly crisp, golden, moist, juicy meat fried/cooked to perfection. I tried the Pork Bun for the first time at Beijing Kitchen, and I highly recommend this item on the menu. It is scrumptious and tasty, the sweetness of the bun, with the contrast of the Asian glazed boneless red bbq salty juicy pork meat, not dry, is to die for. The "House Special Chow Fun" is very good too, if you are into the different noodle type variety of chow fun vs. lo mein, chow mein, mei fun, etc. with all types of meat in it shrimp, pork, chicken, beef, no skimping out, hence the name "House Special Chow Fun" :-)etc. Fantail shrimp is fantail shrimp, nothing special, just the same type one gets at any Chinese food restaurant, although this was not as bready with the coating, crust as other Chinese restaurant places I've tried fantail shrimp at. I ordered the "HoneyDew" bubble tea, which is good alongside "Taro, Strawberry" bubble tea flavors.
