This authentic restaurant located in pyrmont underneath the apartment blocks with plenty of street parking near the restaurant. Great servings, authentic and delicious food and impeccable service.
What we ate:
Sweet pea pudding - such an engaging and clever presentation giving an old school xiangqi chess game. The delicious soft red bean pudding just melted in our mouth.
Baby bok choy in tofu soup- such a clean dish with such generous servings. The bok choy and tofu complimented each other perfectly and is a great dish for winter nights.
Prawn and pork with chives dumpling - with a fun green dumpling pastry. The dumpling filling was seasoned well and so satisfying
Beijing combination noodles- hand made noodles can make all the difference! The freshly made combination noodles was served as a cold dish and we had plenty of fun mixing the ingredients together and slurping the long soft noodles.
Stir-fry shredded pork and peaking sauce on shallot base with 6 pancakes - the pork was so delicious and seasoned with a dark and rich peaking sauce went perfectly with the steamed pancakes. We also had a lot of fun making the pancake wrap and enjoying it all after. read more
