This is such a cute shop! Located on the pier behind Starbucks. They sell a little bit of everything a tourist may need. The owner is pleasant and helpful. Came in and Bought a beautiful Pandora charm to remember my trip to Seattle. They had beautiful scarfs on sale as well. The amber pieces on display were very intriguing and unusual. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is that I was not allowed to take pics for my audience to admire. I always ask before I take a pic and post. The owner said no because of individual policies she has with her vendors. I am respectful of her policies so no post. Sorry guys! All in all, I do recommend, even if it is for a look and see moment while you are admiring the other shops in the pier! read more

Amy really Knows her Jewelry and she was most helpful in building my new Pandora Bracelet. This was my first and I was building it for sentimental value so it took time and I have to say AMY felt like Family by the time we left. She never once made me feel bad for rearranging or adding beads. Thanks for the memories and Patience. Us Girls Had A fun time together Laughing Joking and remembering . I am lazy and haven't posted this yet but I am now. :) I went to Bejeweled on May 20th to just generally browse. I was downtown hanging out with family before my birthday on the 25th. I LOVE jewelry. Especially unique jewelry. I am a rock hound and gemology in itself has a fascinating history. There's some great books about it. I don't have any pearls and I noticed they had some. All genuine pearls both black and traditional. Both salt and freshwater. I was looking and they had a BEAUTIFUL black pearl ring in the case behind by the register. I asked to see it and it fit I was surprised because I have tiny fingers. And when she told me it was entirely silver so I could wear it safely I was totally sold even though I was assuming it was out of my price bracket. I asked the price (expecting it to be high because pearls are traditionally expensive), and when the cashier told me it was 55.00 I was SO happily surprised!! Of course I bought it and I love it. And I would recommend people come to this store when they are downtown, even just to poke their their heads in like I did. I love Bejeweled. Amazing store and Amy is so awesome and educated about every item in the store. Terrific products I can't find anywhere else and she supports local Seattle artists that I love. What I don't like...The rude people that have populated the shop. Kids running wild. I was there today and made a large purchase and this kid is licking a display case.Really?! So many rude people in the shop now. Wonderful products, unique products. I go into a boutique shop like this and I will spend money but with the rude people and kids in there licking display cases are you kidding me?! Nope. Rude customers all over that store. Wow! When I go to Tiffany's, and I frequently do, I don't see kids in there licking the display cases. Yikes. Amy is awesome and I truly don't know how she puts up with so many rude out of control people. What a bunch of assholes that are in her store. You bunch of no money rude people. I live here all year long. My 4 gfs and I were shopping here and the worker said "I have to use the restroom I'm gonna ask you to leave" we made faces and left then she muttered under her breath "y'all aren't being very kind" then after she shut the door she said "fat asses" under her breath and ran away. Nice selection of Pandora rings and bracelets, but the sales gal was magnificent and helpful. The shop is adorable and right on Alaskan Way at the Seattle Waterfront. The prices are reasonable and the trinkets very sparkling and lovely. read more

Beautiful jewelry but rude, snooty sales lady!!! Came in ready to buy a piece of locally-crafted jewelry but the thin brunette saleswoman was so condescending that I decided to find another shop that sold Calliope in town just so I could spend my money elsewhere!!! Kept referring to me as "price-sensitive" despite me never remarking on the price! As a business owner myself of a shop that sells handcrafted jewelry it was extremely off-putting and definitely not how I would treat a customer!!! read more

Attendant is up tight and tried to pressure me into buying. Do not step in. At first it looks intriguing, but as soon as she "tries to help," it feels unwelcoming. She even said, "now I have to organize everything, do me a favor and do not come back again." Unbelievable to think that a place that benefits with tourism has someone like that as the sale person. Take your money somewhere else. As an attorney, I recommend the owner to sue her for preventing sales. Fire her really. read more

Customer service was beyond bad and unfathomable! Bought some earrings that were warped and she had the audacity to blame me for it because she didn't wanna return them! Disrespected me by talking down on me and literally threw me out of the store. I have never encountered such rudeness! You have no manners and need go educate yourself on how to behave yourself in public and deal with customers and returns when your selling defected earring. U don't know who U were talking too I could buy your whole place and donate it if I wanted to. With that kind of treatment u stooped to a very low level that I can't imagine u actually have people that love u! Jus because u have been treated poorly didnt mean u have to act the same way!. We are reflections of our past experience and need to let go of ways that don't serve us anymore.. Bejeweled helped us a lot with hunting down a necklace. We found a pendant from Kristin Ford at the space needle but unfortunately they were sold out. With some google-fu we found this place. The staff offered to have a similar existing pair of earrings sent back to the local artist to be made into a pendant and ship to is for free! I am not very much into jewelry, but this store has a unique collection of jewleries from local artists and I was Wowed. And the prices are reasonable, and the quality is very high. I ended up buying a long necklace and two pairs of earrings. And the lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful, and showed me a couple of ways to wear a necklace which I would have never come up with on my own.
